P O R F O L I O _ SELECTED WORKS
Therefore, and upon completion of this stage, I intend to start a new one, and be able to train as architect. If this was possible, my dreams would be fulfilled. I am a passionate, persistent and meticulous person. I think that architecture as all areas of life, are composed of infinite parts, and all are composed of small details. The development of small details allow reach the ultimate goal.
/ INTRODUCTION
In the course of my studies I realized that the career of Building Engineering develops only a part of the infinite possibilities offered by the world of architecture, and what really passionate me is the design and architecture.
ABOUT ME
Back in year 2011 I began my studies of Building Engineering at the University of Granada. I have always had a special attraction to the architecture and everything around it, and for this reason I decided to develop my education in this wonderful scope.

FINAL DEGREE REHABILITATION PROJECT September 2015
PROJECT The proposal is developed in the "Old Phone’s House", located in the town of Pinos Puente, Granada, in the plaza of the Church, characteristic place in the municipality. It is located on a plot of 476.74 m2 irregular shape, it has two floors above ground and is composed of a main block and an inner block in ruins. The building is especially relevant, since it is the larger of the area, just below the tower of the Church. In the course of time, their uses have been differents, originally had a residential use for one of the Pineras families, being also place of communication in the municipality, and that was located inside the payphone, function which today is remembered by the townspeople. At present, it lacks some activity and is in a state of neglect, with an obvious deterioration in most of its elements, due to lack of use and maintenance in recent years.

DEMOLITION GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor has different levels and numerous moisture by capillarity both the bottom of the walls and the floor. To eliminate these problems, all elements in the ground of this plant will be demolished and the finishing coordinate is reduced to later create a concrete mass HM-20 of 10 cm thick with a waterproof sheet LBM with geotextile, as the basis of a suspended floor using a CAVITI system. With this we obtain form a camera constantly ventilated.

WOODEN FLOORS STRUCTURE In other plants, the poor state of the termination elements, and lack of strength to withstand the loads required by the new use, forces us to strengthen the differents floors structure. For this, we have checked the bearing capacity of the structure of actual wood, will keep, and we think that is in good condition. And to meet these requirements, we connect by lag screws of 1 cm of diameter, a slab of HA-25 of 6 cm of thick.

RECONSTRUCTION WOODEN COVER
The new cover is made with constructive as similar as possible features that were originally available. Since the constructive elements of the existing cover have different anomalies, and quality of them aren't more important, it will proceed to the demolition of all of them, and the creation of a new sistem. This new is gabled with intermediate support, traditionally known as cover of "Par and Picadero"

“BEARD BAR” GRANADA. SPAIN
FINAL COURSE PROYECT Bar’s restoration and refurbish January 2016
PROJECT Complete renovation a commercial premises for use by BAR in the city of Granada. It seeks to provide a neutral and natural style, using light colors and materials such as wood, which will be the protagonist of the project. The interior should be displayed completely transparent, being visible at all times the use of space by the public. For this, there are glass facades , all broad enabling local structural geometry. We seek a contrast of materials using ceramic tile in turquoise tones and wood.

REVITARCH INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP Rehabilitation and enhancement of historical buildings April 2016
CONCEPT This project is part of the work made in the REVITARCH an International workshop in the city of Nysa, Poland. The proposal was made by a group of students of different nationalities, Edgar Gomez Romero, Karolina Alas, Dorothea Chrobak and Pamela Derylak, and the architect Alvaro Fernandez Navarro. The topic about the revitalization of degraded areas which are former fortifications full of historical meaning. How, when and how to act in buildings that today are totally obsolete, deterioration due to lack of maintenance it is imminent, but have fantastic qualities. Those are the main issues addressed us when making this project a general scale.

The last issue approach roads to the Unfortunately, they are in a and have to be renovated to essibility to the forts.
There are a lot of parks located around and in the city centre. On the other hand, there are also some private green areas in the southern part of the city, which are a border on the way to the Nysa lake. Also there are a lot of degraded greenery around the fortifications, which is another topic for us to work on.
The attractive places in Nysa, such as the main square with the cathedral, other architectural buildings, schools, etc., are mainly located in the city centre. The fortifications embrace this centre. Unfortunately, most of the forts have limited access because of vegetation and danger, others are even closed. Also the area of the old car factory is closed for people. Here we have a large terrain with a huge potential to create a special place for people and we would like to make use of it.
33
CONCLUSION There are basically two types of borders limiting the access to the fortifications. The first one is a physical border. To get from the city centre to the northern forts, people have to pass the river, the wide road Chrobrego and the closed area of the car factory and finally go uphill to the forts. This is a very difficult way, so people often avoid it. As a solution to this problem, we propose to create new pedestrian and bicycle paths that will attract people to go to the forts. The second border is psychological we would like to integrate people of all kinds, students, workers, and children, into the forts, so that people grow up with the fortifications and learn to respect them.

MAIN ISSUES We have a lot of borders, that are located parallel to the river. We have to create new connections that pass through these borders, to ensure the access from the city centre to the northern fortifications. We also have to create connections between the forts themselves. For this reason, we also propose an attractive green promenade along the forts, that will connect the eastern with the western side. Another important issue is the huge residential area, that the city government plans to build to the north of the forts. This means that fort no. II will become a central point within this housing area in the future.
PROJECT CAMP/HOTEL
The main function planned for the prussian star is a place that would ensure work places for citizens and place to attract the tourists so we located there kind of camp/hotel.
NATURAL RAMPS
There is a connection of the path with natural ramp leading to one of the platforms that connect designed gardens above dry moats. With those platforms we reinforced two directions: one connecting the residential district and the Fortress II (that will have an important meaning in the future because of its planned residential neighbourhood) and another direction leading to our promenade.

BUILDINGS
The buildings that are next to the promenade we would offer to the hotel so they can extend it according to their needs. For example they can use it for creating group rooms (for kind of conference meetings), sport centre, spa or even as a smaller hostel if amount of sleeping places in main building would not be enough.

ARCHITECTURAL COMPETITION
Restauration of the restrooms at Granada’s airport March 2016
CONCEPT This project was made for the public competition of the company AENA Granada’s airport wich is restoration and refurbish of the restrooms. It was made by the group of architects and engineers: Edgar Gómez Romero, Pedro Escoriza Torralvo, Cristian Eugen Boz Boz, Felipe Ortega Alvarez and Maria Laloma Gómez. The design was based on muslim tilings placed on the Mexuar, in the Alhambra, with the shapes of those tilings we designed a layer that covered the ceiling and the front. Over that thin sheet we put some lights that makes a mix of shadows and lights over the floor. The walls was painted in white, the worktops, the sinks and the flooring was made by micro-cement, we painted also in white, the fronts of the cabins, where was written some of the most famous Lorca’s poems. The use of the gradient of the plate, and the dome light will result in a play of light and shadow, looking for to reproduce the peaceful and comfortable atmosphere that produce the sun's rays passing through the lush forest. The downlights disposed overlapping so studiously produce a complex game.

CABINS
The Granada’s airport is called Federico Garcia Lorca. In honor of the Andalusian poet at the front of the cabins, that is painted all white like a white paper, were written some of the most famous Lorca´s poems. We also could see a drawing that Lorca himself draw as a signature. Inside the cabins were designed with an extra-long size to be able of keep inside all the traveler’s luggage, clothes and be comfortable.
