4 provinces in Davao Region placed under Alert Level 2, Davao City on Alert Level 1

The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) on Sunday placed four provinces in the Davao Region under Alert Level 2 from April 15 to 30, 2023 as part of the Covid-19 response.

The four provinces placed on Alert Level 2 are Davao de Oro, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, and Davao Occidental.

Other areas placed under Alert Level 2 are Benguet, Ifugao, Quezon Province, Palawan, Camarines Norte, Masbate, Antique, Negros Occidental, Bohol, Cebu Province, Negros Oriental, Leyte, Western Samar, Lanao del Norte, North Cotabato, Sarangani, Sultan Kudarat, Dinagat

Islands, Basilan, Maguindanao, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi.

Under Alert Level 2, certain establishments and activities are allowed at 50% capacity indoors for fully vaccinated adults (and minors, even if unvaccinated), and 70% capacity outdoors.
