Another rape victim in Davao City turned herself in to the NBI Southeastern Mindanao Regional Office (NBI-SEMRO), Thursday morning.

The 23-year-old victim, a freelance model, complained to NBI-SEMRO that she was also raped by the Philippine Coast Guard personnel Khalid Abdullah, who is also the subject of a rape complaint of a 21-year-old model on Monday.

Davao that the respondent introduced himself as a general of the coast guard in the Davao Region.

“He introduced himself as the head and general of the coast guard here in Davao,” he said.
