DECLINING Davao Region records low Covid-19 cases: DOH 11

Davao Region’s Covid-19 cases is on the decline according to a report by the Department of Health-Center of Health Development.

Based on the Regional Situation Update on Covid-19 in the Davao Region as of May 29, 2023, the record showed that the healthcare utilization of regional hospital capacity was at 27 percent for non-ICU bed use and 43 percent for ICU bed use.

Out of the 30 admissions, only nine were confirmed cas- es, while 21 were probable and suspects.

There were 166 new cases recorded on May 22 to 28, 2023, which was higher by 6.41% compared to the cases reported last May 15 to 21, 2023.

There were three actual death cases recorded in the past seven days.
