The Festival aims to be the most exciting, innovative and accessible festival of the performing arts in the world, presenting over 150 performances and events by around 70 companies. In 2010, approximately 396,000 people attended Festival events.
About the Festival in 2011 Festival 2011 brings exotic and diverse cultures from Asia to Edinburgh – travelling across half the globe to the far west.
