WELCOME

On behalf of the Zafiro Palma Marathon team, I would like to extend our warmest welcome to this 15th edition of the sport event with the highest participation in the Balearic Islands. We also want to express our special thanks to our title sponsor, Zafiro Hotels, who, together with other sponsors and collaborators, support us to grow the event year after year.

It will be a weekend full of activities to make your experience unforgettable: Starting with the Breakfast Run on Friday, following Saturday with the Caixabank Kids Run where we promote sport among the youngest, as well as a cultural part with the organized routes through the center of Palma. But the most important thing for most of you is your race on Sunday, and there is where we’ve put the biggest effort and we’ll keep working hard. We have achieved that the Zafiro Palma Marathon has an homologated course by the Spanish Federation and we are part of the AIMS (Association of International Marathons and Distance Races), Marathon, half marathon, 10k doesn´t matter the distance, our aim is to provide a world-class event.

We want all runners from over the world to join this Running party in our little big city: Palma. Your satisfaction is our goal, and your goal is at the foot of the Cathedral, our most universal monument.

We wish all participants an exciting, fair competition and success and to all the spectators an unforgettable experience. Follow the Sun!
