Being “ ” by Bob Bolton to Play Golf

You may remember Bob as our Golf

Bachelor (one hundred years ago), or perhaps you’ve read one of his articles in our magazine, or maybe you’ve seen him on TV as the Host of “Tee Time Florida”, or just maybe – you’ve seen him hosting specials on-air and online for the Valspar Championship. If none of the above seems familiar, that’s ok. It’s his new golf related gig we will share with you now. Bob began playing golf more than 40 years ago in his hometown of Danville, Illinois. Little did he know back then he’d be blessed to play golf in; dozens of locations in the U.S. including Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Aruba, Ireland, England and Germany, with plans to return to Ireland and jump the border to Scotland in 2023. Bob has spent nearly as much time playing golf as he has in the media business. Most recently Bob was an account executive, then consultant for FOX Sports. He has enjoyed the evolution of the media industry from nearly every sales position, including V.P. of Sales at the corporate level. His on-air experience started in H.S. as a part-time disc jockey, and subsequently expanded to hosting his own golf program, and contributing to the Valspar Championship. So, you may ask, “Why is Bob inviting me to play golf?” It’s his new position as Regional Tournament Sales Director for Invited Clubs (previously ClubCorp, which owns more than 200+ Clubs in the U.S.). He’s responsible for building relationships with charities, community organizations, and corporate/ local businesses, assisting them to enhance their relationships with their constituents, and raise money for their causes through golf outings. Bob works directly with the 4 Tampa Clubs (Countryside, East Lake Woodlands, Tampa Palms and Hunter’s Green), Marsh Creek in St. Augustine, Queen’s Harbour in Jacksonville, and Hawkstone in Gainesville. He also has access to the more than 200+ Clubs around the U.S. If you are interested in facilitating a golf outing/tournament to help raise the visibility of your charity - embrace your relationships with your employees, vendors or customers – or create an engaging event for you community organization – call or email Bob. He’s likely to invite you to lunch and maybe even a round of golf to discuss your needs. Bob’s contact information – bob.bolton@invitedclubs.com, 813-928-2887.
