In 2020, the Edmond Chamber achieved a 5-Star Accreditation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for our sound policies, effective organizational procedures and positive impact on the community. This prestigious honor means that we remain among the top 1% of chambers nationwide. Accreditation is the only national program that recognizes chambers for their effective organizational procedures and community involvement. To receive Accreditation, a chamber must meet minimum standards in their operations and programs, including areas of governance, government affairs, and technology. Accreditation is valid for a period of five years. In 2015, the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce received a 5-Star rating for the first time. Local chambers are rated Accredited, 3-Stars, 4-Stars or 5-Stars. The Edmond Chamber has been accredited since 1981.

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD It is an honor and a privilege to serve as the 2022 Chairman of the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce. I am grateful and excited to lead our dedicated board of directors and staff as we serve the Edmond business community. The COVID-19 pandemic continues to be a challenging and disruptive time for all of us, however, I am proud of how our Chamber has worked to help businesses adapt and survive the economic impact and keep their employees and customers safe. I encourage you to get involved with the Chamber and make the most of your membership.
