Junior Language Courses Abroad Open up a world of possibilities for your child
We’ve created language courses exclusively for children aged 1014. These junior courses combine a fantastic holiday with daily lessons and activities to ensure they have a summer to remember.
Why start early? Studies increasingly show that children learn languages more easily when they’re encouraged from a young age. Those who speak more than one language are better at multitasking, approach complex problems in a different way, and can quickly make friends from multiple cultures. At EF, our goal is to encourage your child to become a global citizen by learning a language abroad while enjoying a truly unforgettable summer. Designed for younger learners Younger students learn differently to their older peers. That’s why we design our junior courses to meet the specific requirements of students aged 10-14. They’ll study a specially designed curriculum that keeps them engaged at all times by introducing them to key learning concepts. We‘ll then challenge them to use their knowledge during escorted activities and excursions.
Around the clock support EF is with you and your child every step of the way: We’ll help you choose the perfect course abroad, ensure your child is always accompanied by an experienced leader and be on hand 24 hours per day to answer your questions and queries. Each and every one of our junior groups is welcomed at their destination by friendly EF staff from the local area and an assistant leader from (MARKET COUNTRY), who will provide extra support and supervision throughout your child‘s time abroad. Child-friendly destinations Your child will stay in destinations that we’ve hand-picked for their small size, superb on-site facilities and abundance of local activities. Our schools include picture-perfect campuses in villages outside of London and Boston, traditional boarding schools in Rookesbury and Dublin and welcoming resort-style schools in the Isle of Wight and St. Paul‘s Bay, Malta.
