We believe in maximizing learning while making it fun and interactive. Our experts recently developed the EF Immersion Challenge, an interactive chatbot system that allows teachers to create immersive outdoor learning activities on students' phones. The system has been nominated for the British Council ELTons, a prestigious award recognizing innovation in education technology for English language teaching.
We employ education specialists around the world, all dedicated to ensuring students learn from well-informed, engaging material. Test your students for free

Gain a detailed insight into your students’ language level with EF’s Standard English Test (EF SET), a free online test that’s designed to the same standards as Cambridge English, IELTS and TOEFL.
Follow the steps below to test your students
The EF Standard English Test
www.ef.com/epis
Built for success
Immediate results
EF SET was built to the same standards as some of the world’s leading English tests, so you should feel confident about encouraging your students to share their results on LinkedIn – and with employers and university admissions officers.
Students receive a comprehensive analysis of their language level as soon as they've answered the final question. This includes comparisons to other language tests – like Cambridge English, TOEFL and IELTS – and to national and international averages according to the Common European Reference Framework (CERF).
Tailored to your students During testing, EF SET responds to whatever language proficiency your students demonstrate – becoming more advanced as they answer questions correctly for the most precise results possible.
