Personalised Programme

The EYTS Graduate Employment Route is a part time course which enables you to continue to work in your setting while studying for the qualification.

Ours is a personalised programme, starting with an initial needs assessment to determine trainee’s experience and knowledge of the EYFS. This becomes the basis of an action plan for a trainee’s journey through the course

Trainees have a mentor in their setting, supporting with a weekly meeting; observing teaching and working closely with the e-Qualitas tutor to contribute to your assessment and target setting.

Trainees have an e-Qualitas tutor who visits a minimum of five times during your course. At each visit, the tutor will observe teaching and meet with the trainee and mentor to discuss progress and agree the next steps. Trainees have contact with their tutor remotely through our online platform and meetings.
