Generally, people differ in their ability or capacity to focus their attention at the right time on what is necessary for them. It is not impossible for people to control and manage their attention problems. This Attention Management is intended to help you acquire the skills for paying attention. You will learn the techniques to focus your attention on those things that are essential to you. Furthermore, you will take a look at the fundamental functions of attention and understand how focused attention considered as the key to achieving targeted goals.

Assessment This course does not involve any written exams. Students need to answer 5 assignment questions to complete the course, the answers will be in the form of written work in pdf or word. Students can write the answers in their own time. Each answer needs to be 200 words (1 Page). Once the answers are submitted, the tutor will check and assess the work.
