Architect Designed

Zaha Hadid(31 October 1950 – 31 March 2016) was a British Iraqi architect. She was described by The Guardian as the "Queen of the curve", who "liberated architectural geometry, giving it a whole new expressive identity".

Hadid was the rst woman to receive the Pritzker Architecture Prize, in 2004.

Design

The marina-based development includes a theme park, a water park, as well as residential areas, hotels and beaches.

Tilke is one of four designers recognised by the FIA but has, with the exception of the Silverstone redesign in 2010, been the only one to be commissioned to design Formula One tracks.

Design

Speeds are expected to reach 330km/h on the 1.5km straight, and a lap of the track will be taken at an average of just over 200km/h. Like most modern F1 tracks, the circuit has been designed by Hermann Tilke.

Hanoi Street Circuit draws inspiration from iconic sections of other race tracks around the world.
