The Fresh Market requires knowledge and experience in a retail environment with a focus in floral design and presentation.
The ideal Gift/Floral Specialist job candidate must have demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills and possess basic math skills for ordering and inventory.
The Fresh Market will require demonstrated multi-tasking skills. Strong merchandising skills are preferred. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with a sense of
urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at all times with all levels of employees. Demonstrated excellent people skills are required for all positions within The Fresh Market.
