Tuesday Night 8/24/2021 – Location of tree in planting bed with bench width sides indicated roughly with red dot. Though location is very approximate, it isn’t in Block 218 or on the side of N. Lamar near Block 218 indicated by the green area, in fact it is on the opposite side of North Lamar St. about 20 feet or more further from the curb of North Lamar St. It is NOT on Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) property, but it is across the street from DART property and clearly on City of Dallas Public Property. It is not a parcel.

Page 4 of 6 In the drawing below you can see that the DART station on the West side of the tracks is on public property of the City of Dallas and is NOT DART property. The other DART station on the East side of the tracks is on the Parcel for Fair Park. Further the West to East line just South of the Dart station is a property line on which the property South of the line is part of the Fair Park Parcel.
