creating another jakarta skyline, sungai gerong project will be one of the tallest building in indonesia that contain luxurious apartments and hotel units. located in the heart of jakarta, with only 7 minutes walk from shopping malls and many office towers. In 2013, the Government had started MRT, and Airport Train Development, which all will be connected and integrated with Transjakarta Bus and other transportation in Dukuh Atas. sungai gerong project will be located just 5 minutes walk to the nearest mrt station. With this location, sungai gerong project also support transit oriented development by providing 10 storeys and 3 basements of car parking.

located in pondok indah - one of the most luxurious district in jakarta, the yarra apartment consists of 2 towers to maximalize the narrow site form. tower a which contains 32 storeys have bigger floor plate that faces north and south. tower b which contains 16 storeys faces west and east direction. green and open facilities area towards the golf course reflects high end lifestyle. 4 levels of basement are built to maximalize parking ratio and avoid major parking problem in many apartments in jakarta.

5 min. to daruba harbour (2.1 km) 6 min. to pitu airport (3.4 km) located in south of daruba as the capital city of morotai island, nanga tau mahirete has proximity distance to daruba harbour and pitu airport. this location was also chosen of it’s proximity to tourist sites such as trikora museum, sumsum island, kokoya island, dodola island, and many more.

iconic sasadu mass cope 2 different individuals that originally functionate as meeting hall. appointed roof as preparation for 2nd floor / attic floor extension. sunshading extension to facade orientation expression also skylight as entrance orientation and lighten up the shared area.

1 main entrance to strengthen the idea as house with 2 different room access. open terrace with vegetation and elevated floor as natural boundaries. aquascape to room represent north maluku washing feet tradition . open terrace as dialogue between man to man and man to nature. sliding and folding door to make easier access without reducing privacy between tourist and owner.

skylight to reduce electricity consumption in day time. wooden louvre as wind circulation generator to circulate morotai scorching climate to reduce a/c consumption.

crowne plaza hotel is located in iconic landmark of jakarta - semanggi highway area. this 4 star hotel was built in 1995 with 19 storeys and 357 room keys. pti was chosen to design the facade and interior refurbishment to regenerate the hotel business since the location still incredibly strategic. the whole area was also being constructed with two apartment towers and one office tower. PTI did simple facade and interior refurbishment to avoid over budgeting from the owner. different material texture and color was preferred to achieve new and fresh image from the hotel brand.

palembang indah mall was built in 2006 with concept of e-lifestyle mall to accommodate younger target market. pti was chosen to redesign the mall circulation, readjust the tenants location, facade design, and design the new extension building on the west side of the existing building. the new facade and fnb tenants concern on the alfresco dining on the ground floor to accommodate outdoor dining space and also to liven up the old image branding of the shopping mall. extension building mainly design to accommodate bigger anchor tenant for new fashion branch in palembang.
