eDL Career Ready ProgramTM Equip your students with knowledge and skills

to prepare for industry certifications.

Partnering with eDynamic Learning can help you reduce drop-outs and increase your graduation rates. Prepare your students for high-demand certifications that align with your community's local industries. We'll help you expand your course offerings, giving your students more options.

"Students enrolled in CTE courses are significantly more likely to develop problemsolving, project completion, research, communication, time management and critical thinking skills during high school." - Lekes et al., National Research Center for CTE

eDL Career Ready ProgramTM The eDynamic Learning (eDL) Career Ready Program offers high school students sequenced learning tracks aligned to national and examination standards. These tracks put students on a path to obtain industry certifications and to secure employment in high-paying, high-demand jobs.

Opportunities for brighter futures. Schools everywhere are seeing the benefits of the eDL Career Ready Program and are taking action to prepare students for life after high school.

Reduce dropout rates. Get them graduating. CTE is reducing dropout rates across the country. Students who have greater exposure to CTE courses are more likely to graduate, enroll in a two-year college, gain meaningful employment, and earn higher wages.3 Taking one CTE class for every two academic classes minimizes the risk of students dropping out of high school.2

A chance for those who need it most. Research shows that CTE courses are especially valuable for at-risk students. The bottom line: Our eDL Career Ready Program keeps at-risk students engaged.

81% of students who didn’t finish high school say relevant, realworld learning opportunities would have kept them in school.2

Full of funding potential. Funding for our program has never been more accessible. Perkins V funding is available to help schools expand CTE programs, and recently, this federal funding budget increased $18 million for FY 2021 or 1.4% increase over the FY 2020. eDL courseware can be considered a permissible expense when used to support CTE curriculum, career exploration, professional development, and internship preparation.

“In all, some 30 million jobs in the United States that pay an average of $55,000/year don’t require bachelor’s degrees.” 6

Meeting economic needs. In our changing economic landscape, it is estimated that of the 55 million job openings created in 2020, 30% required career and technical training or a twoyear degree, not a four-year university degree.6

eDynamic Learning Career Ready Program | 5

The clear path to success. To compete and be successful in today’s job market, students require specialized education and up-to-date skills training. The eDL Career Ready Program puts students on a clearly defined path to explore career options and acquire the technical knowledge and skills to work towards industryrecognized certification.

Students with greater exposure to CTE are more likely to graduate from high school, enroll in a two-year college, be employed and earn high wages.³ eDynamic Learning Career Ready Program | 7

The power of the eDL Career Ready ProgramTM. Our extensive depth of courses meet state standards and goals for CTE. Our sequenced course programs cover all topics in national certification exams. Ultimately, our three most popular programs set students on a course to obtaining relevant industrycertifications.

How it works.

1

2 3

Students explore careers through introductory courses. Students select a program of study, which can consist of four to eight concentrator courses. Students select concentrator courses and then can take industry-endorsed certification exams.
