Greater Edmonton Visitor Information Guides:
• Restaurant list and map (customized).
• Whether it be accommodations, festivals or transportation, the Edmonton Visitor Guide has all the information you need and more to make your stay in Edmonton exceptional.
• Conference Map including Wi-fi zones, banks, hotels, conference venue locations, etc. (customized). • Edmonton Partner Listing – we have over 550 partners that we can connect you with for any requirements you may have i.e. florists, printers, restaurants, etc. • Welcome bag – Edmonton Tourism branded. • Information for welcome bag. • Edmonton International Airport – greeter coordination, welcome/ information booth, welcome signage, etc. • Visitor Information Booth on site. • Hotel welcome signage.

Programs Festival City In A Box Edmonton Festival City in a Box is a unique, eye-opening experience integrating festival themes with keynote speakers, breakout sessions, decor and the Edmonton Festival City Road Show all designed to entertain and surprise your guests. The show can be customized with various performances based on your requirements. We can create a festival showcase for you, or you may want to flex your own creative muscles and program a customized Festival in A Box using some of our existing tools and creating some of your own. See attached. (may be costs associated). Fresh FRESH provides executives, planners and guests with fresh ideas that will make your conference and visit to Edmonton a rewarding experience. The FRESH program combines important elements that you are looking for in a location including great venues, attractions and events with innovative environmental, social, and economic programs.
