More than simply creating brilliiant interiors, we combine this with our knowledge of commercial projects, allowing us to bring incredible designs – usually reserved for boutiques clients – to more significant developments. This involves reviewing, evaluating and upgrading existing spaces and fit-outs, and encouraging fresh ideas that are aesthetically pleasing and profitable. This includes contemporary skirting ideas, coffered ceilings, and bespoke carpentry – giving your brand its identity. The Myers Court project saw us redevelop a bathroom suite, central lobby area and communal hallway, complete with a decorative wall, bronze strip detailing and beautiful finishes.

A show suite is the intersection of design and marketing. Our creative team combine their knowledge and understanding of what makes a beautiful interior, with your understanding of what is involved in selling a luxury development. It’s an incredibly delicate process in finding the right balance between your concept, and something the audience will find visually attractive–without crowding their mind. You want to leave room for imagination. We collaborate with you to create a theme, and this will generally be guided by an audience profile–that considers all the metrics of the surrounding area. Once the show suite is complete, visitors will view it and be taken on an experience–rather than just an open house. This involves demonstrating how the project came to be, why the particular interior styling was chosen, and how the development separates itself from contemporaries.
