WE ARE SILVERCROW

2 Silvercrow are a small family-run property development business based in South London. Formed in 2014, Silvercrow takes on projects of all sizes and have created over 100 new homes in the past 7 years. We have been designing and building properties that work and make life better for the young professionals and families who live and write their own stories in them. We create spaces that inspire; are bold, colourful and easy to live in. Substantial attention is paid to the design of each of our properties and great care is taken to maintain the highest quality finish throughout. Our goal is to achieve a positive transformation and enhancement of the areas where we develop and locate our properties. Our focus is on making sure the buying process is as smooth as possible; we also offer our properties with the London Help to Buy scheme to assist first time buyers in purchasing their first home.

Enso, located at Glenburnie Road, is a stone's throw away from a plethora of cool bars, authentic restaurants, shops and bustling outdoor markets. The result is an electric atmosphere with a fabulous buzz that has not forgotten its history or urban charm.

PRIME LOCATION

Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway stations are both on the Northern Line, linking the area to Waterloo or London Bridge in about 20 minutes, and Central London in 25minutes.

Tooting is well served for buses, with routes 44 (Victoria), 57 (Kingston), 77 (Waterloo), 333 (Elephant & Castle), and 355 (Brixton) all passing through the area. There is also a night bus, the N44.

The superhighway 7 is right at your door, connecting you to the heart of the city in 30-45 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the Quietway 5 for a scenic route through Tooting Common.

Thameslink services run through Tooting station with trains to St Albans via Blackfriars to the north and Sutton via Wimbledon to the south.

Enso is located close to St. George's Hospital and Phoenix University Hospital.

Gatwick airport can be reached by all forms of public transport from the properties location within the hour.

Tooting hosts not one but two incredible outdoor markets where you can buy anything from local produce to foreign objects and everything in between. Grab an authentic espresso, purchase hard to find vintage clothes or get a bite to eat from the Basque-inspired small plates at The Tapas Room.

For late night activities you have a large selection of cool pubs and bars, including the Tooting Tram and Social for late night live music with no entry fee - something of a rarity in London!

If you're in need of a SundayFunday, head to the Tooting Tram and Social for a retrothemed night of fun. You can find old-school video games, long lost vinyl, fooseball and other bits of retro fun that will blast you back to your childhood.
