values We inhabit the landscape and the it tells our story. The thought, consideration, and respect to our culture and land are essential to convey a message that is more powerful than the physical aspect of things. Architecture becomes transparent in our eyes, it becomes pure and in doing so we understand its intentions.

Market District [LiveWork] Community Location: Eugene, Oregon The vehicle for this architecture studio was to design a housing development. The community is comprised of 20 units that provide compact living, along with a work place. Common elements give each owner extra space when needed and provide a stage for shared community experiences. A burm along the south acts as a noise barrier and houses some of the work spaces as well.
