ORDER INFO
$150 minimum for opening orders. Orders can be made by phone, email or efranceswholesale.com. Payments can be made by pre-paid check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express). By default, all payments including shipping and handling fees are processed at the time of order fulfillment. Existing customers are eligible for Net 30 terms with approval. Net 30 accounts must be paid by check when due. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs.
ORDER MINIMUMS
All greeting cards minimum 6 per style; boxed sets and gift items minimum 4 per style. All gift wrap minimum 6 per style for single sheets.
SHIPPING
All shipping costs are calculated based on weight and distance and are included on your final invoice, paid at the time of order fulfilment. A nominal handling fee will be added to all orders and is included in the shipping cost. Most orders ship via UPS Ground, but we can also use USPS Priority Mail, if preferred. Please notify us of any time-sensitive orders and we will try to accomodate. Our shipping department will email you your Paid Invoice and Tracking # at the time of shipment. E. Frances Paper is not responsible for any carrier delays. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer. Orders ship from our headquarters in Newport, RI.
TURNAROUND TIME
Our typical turnaround time is 7-10 days, but turnaround times may vary. Please contact us regarding your delivery date.
BACK ORDERS
Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are backordered. Backorders will ship once items are back in stock. Shipping charges will apply.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in good resellable condition. Changes to fulfilled orders may cause delays and a change in shipping fees.
DISPLAY AND PACKAGING
All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Little Notes® and boxed sets may not be broken up. All online stores must tag and credit E. Frances on any products listed for sale.
GEOGRAPHIC MANAGEMENT
E. Frances Paper is sincere about not over-saturating an area. While we cannot guarantee full zip code protection, we determine each on a case by case basis, taking into account volume, regions, and products. Retailers with multiple locations must have each location approved individually. To remain geographically protected, a retailer must place an order every 90 days with a minimum annual spend.
