• Our envelopes are made from recycled paper.
• We have switched to recycled paper for our notepads.
• Our gift bags are 100% recycled and recyclable.
• We use 100% recycled crinkle paper, merchandise bags, retail bags, and tissue paper.
• We source only 100% cotton for our gift bag string and retail ribbon.
• We designed our first plastic-free packaging for flat notes.
• We ship with newsprint and cardboard instead of any plastic fill.
• We have eliminated the use of bubble wrap (unless it is brought in for a second life).
• We work with our vendors to ship with cardboard and paper protection rather than plastic.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT
$150 minimum for opening orders. Orders can be made by phone, email or at efranceswholesale.com. Payments can be made by pre-paid check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express). By default, all payments including shipping and handling fees are processed at the time of order fulfillment. Existing customers are eligible for Net 30 terms with approval. Net 30 accounts must be paid by check when due. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs.
All greeting cards, gift bags, gift wrap and stickers minimum 6 per style and in multiples of 6; boxed sets and gift items minimum 4 per style and in multiples of 4; enclosure cards minimum 12 per style in multiples of 12.
SHIPPING
All shipping costs are calculated based on weight and distance and are included on your final invoice, paid at the time of order fulfillment. A nominal handling fee will be added to all orders and is included in the shipping cost. Most orders ship via UPS Ground, but we can also use USPS, if preferred. Please notify us of any time-sensitive orders and we will try to accommodate. We can offer faster shipping methods, for an increased fee. Our shipping department will email you your Paid Invoice and Tracking # at the time of shipment. E. Frances Paper is not responsible for any carrier delays. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer. Orders ship from our headquarters in Newport, Rhode Island, USA.
TURNAROUND TIME
Our typical turnaround time is 7-10 days, turnaround times may vary. Please contact us regarding your delivery date. Holiday orders must be received by a specific date set prior to each holiday.
BACK ORDERS
Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are backordered. Please let us know if you do not accept backorders when placing your order. Otherwise, backorders will ship separately once items are back in stock. Payment for backorders will process when items are ready to ship and shipping charges will apply.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
All E. Frances sales are final. We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Any reductions or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee. Changes to fulfilled orders may cause delays and a change in shipping fees. Incorrectly shipped or damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
DISPLAY AND PACKAGING
All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Little Notes® and boxed sets may not be broken up. All online stores must tag and credit E. Frances Paper on any products listed for sale. Please let us know if you have questions about this.
GEOGRAPHIC MANAGEMENT
E. Frances Paper is sincere about not over-saturating an area. While we cannot guarantee full zip code protection, we determine each on a case by case basis, taking into account volume, regions, and products. Retailers with multiple locations must have each location approved individually. To remain geographically protected, a retailer must place an order every 90 days with a minimum annual spend. Also, the retailer must order the full range of E. Frances products from greeting cards to gift items.
