The project “Repetitive Flow is about

Librar y,

That is why, one of the biggest challenge for the d esign was that the traditi onal cit y fabric while keeping pa c e with newl y formed urban d evelopment. Thus , the d esign proposal is focuse d on

the studi o, the project “Lost & Found” d epar ts from the id ea of storage as a sp a c e of enc ounter between the objects & subject. By creating a spa c e for “Lost O bjects” and allow them to exist & exhibit themselves, the project star ts a dialogue between the people and “lost” objects, materials, traditi ons and spa c es of the cit y. The project hosts a Lost & Found Bureau that help people to find what they lost as well as finding new owners to lost objects. The d esign also d eals with the loss in terms of value, functi onalit y and profit, which in return reflects itself in the program as upcycling, bazaar and archive spa c e s. In c onclusi on, the project ge nerates spa c es for the “lost” to “find” new meanings & values inherited in them by catal yzing enc ounters in-between. Similar to the lost objects, the d esign brings the “lost spa c es” of G enoa as the main c oordinating elements of the program. Publ ic and semi public programs are c onnected by narrow circulati ons that expand and shrink which resembles the d eep and narrow streets of G enoa. These streets of the cit y frame unexpe cted views and give an element of surprize, which drives one to walk until the end in search for the new or “finding” what is “lost”.
