Laminates XL convince with their storage format of 2,790 × 2,060 × 0.8 mm. In the case of wood reproductions, the surface texture is synchronised with the decor image. This creates a look and feel that is almost indistinguishable from solid wood or veneer.
For use on extra-wide interior doors, such as in hospitals, uni decors in XL format are also available from stock.

Laminates
All previously mentioned laminates in door formats are additionally available in standard format 2,800 × 1,310 × 0.8 mm from stock and in quantities of one. Many other decors for door applications are available in this size in the EGGER Decorative Collection. In the decor and material combination, e.g. with Eurodekor melamine faced chipboard, PerfectSense Lacquered Boards, compact laminate and ABS edging, holistic room designs are created.

Laminates Flammex (production goods)
Flammex laminates are classified as type F = flameretardant in accordance with the standard. They are suitable as decorative and low-flammability coating material in combination with flame-retardant coreboards. Combinations with corresponding composite elements enable applications with increased requirements for fire resistance.
Flammex laminates are available to order from 72 pieces in the format 2,800 × 1,310 × 0,8 mm (other formats upon request).

Laminates PerfectSense® Matt (production goods)
PerfectSense Matt laminates are particularly suitable for vertical applications and can be produced in all EGGER decors. The lacquer surface is characterised by its super-matt appearance, a velvety-warm feel and its anti-fingerprint property. PerfectSense Matt laminates are available as format and roll goods in a width of 1,310 mm in various lengths and nominal thicknesses. The minimum quantity is 260 m². Please note that colour differences to other EGGER products may occur due to the lacquer-based surface.

Laminate XL decors with the textures ST2, ST9, ST28 and ST37 are available as compact laminates sanded on one side from as little as 10 full boards or 20 half-formats
Micro laminate is a thin-layer material with a nominal thickness of 0.15 mm, which is suitable for coating and sheathing door elements such as door leaves, door linings and frames. It is supplied in rolls and can only be processed on laminating and sheathing machines. A wide range of decors from the EGGER Industry Pool is available in combination with selected textures also including the super-matt, velvety-warm lacquer surface PerfectSense Premium Matt with anti-fingerprint property. The maximum production width is 1,300 mm. The minimum quantity is 260 m².

Laminates painting grade (production goods)
For an individual colour design, this subsequently paintable laminate is the right choice. It is available in white and black. RAL or NCS colours can therefore be easily applied. From a minimum quantity of 260 m², both format and roll goods are available in various nominal thicknesses.

Compact laminates sanded on one side (production goods)
The compact laminate sanded on one side is particularly suitable for subsequent, flat bonding as a door skin. The sanded underside ensures a good adhesive result. They are available in 2, 3 and 4 mm in format 5,600 × 2,060 mm (from 40 pieces) and half-format 2,790 × 2,060 mm (from 80 pieces). A wide range of decors and textures from the EGGER Decorative Collection and the Industry Pool are available to choose from.
