Technology solutions support digital transformation

Our innovative ‘Dispatch’ technology provides enforcement officers with realtime intelligence directly to their handheld devices. Our ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) scan cars carry out street patrols to automatically identify parking contraventions. These are communicated in real-time to the nearest patrol officers via their Dispatch app, with high-resolution images of the contravention and an accurate / mapped location for immediate follow-up and investigation.

A suite of back-office Dispatch dashboards provide detailed insights to supervisors and parking managers. This delivers a highly accurate parking control solution that complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) - streamlining service delivery, reducing costs and improving compliance with local parking rules.

Actionable insights via back-office platform

Our secure digital platform provides real-time data from roadside control equipment (ANPR vehicles, handheld devices, etc) through a simple and intuitive interface. It seamlessly integrates with digital payment and permit systems and other city management tools to deliver a holistic, real-time view of parking compliance at any time.

Our powerful dashboards, provide comprehensive information, including the number of contraventions identified by the ANPR vehicles and accepted / rejected by patrol officers. Parking managers can quickly identify where enforcement teams are dealing with an overload of contraventions and promptly redeploy CEO(s) from neighbouring beats to support. This dynamic resource allocation ensures that enforcement efforts are focused where they are needed most.
