Navigating the Divorce Process & Your Money

Going through a divorce is difficult. The Eglin Military &Family Readiness Center can help with understanding the legal process as well as the financial considerations and implications associated with divorce. This workshop, which is a collaborative effort between the M&FRC and the Eglin Legal Office, aims to increase the awareness of resources and services available to its participants, while also helping to deescalate their stress levels. Time Management Tips & Tools

Eglin's Military &Family Readiness Center invites you to make time for their new selfimprovement workshop, Time Management Tips &Tools. This 2-hour class provides practical time management techniques such as scheduling one's day, establishing priorities, and delegating time. Other topics include tips on staying organized, eliminating distractions, setting limits, and knowing about "unstructured" time. Class is open to all DoDIDcardholders. Chattanooga Spring Break Trip

Adulting 101

Eglin's Military & Family Readiness Center is excited to host Adulting 101, a selfenrichment workshop for young adults of any age, designed to help provide basic life skills that can greatly assist with navigating the daily challenges of modern adult life.

Topics include recognizing personality traits, conduct in the workplace, and financial matters like budgeting, credit issues, insurance, and renting vs. buying a home. Participants will also gain insights on healthy dating relationships, mental wellness, and self care.
