A passagem para a capital argentina na classe executiva da companhia aérea que mais cresce no mundo sai por US$ 600 por pessoa. O valor é válido para reservas para no mínimo duas e no máximo nove pessoas. O preço normal de um bilhete de ida e volta varia de US$ 755 a US$ 1111. Esta é a segunda edição do evento e os visitantes vão pode conferir exposições como a de Hüseyin Bahri Alptekin (Ancara, 1957 – Istambul, 2007), um dos principais expoentes da arte contemporânea da Turquia, apresentações musicais de jazz, música instrumental, religiosa e eletrônica, o fantástico teatro de sombras, uma arte milenar de manipulação de bonecos de varas, e ainda uma mostra cinematográfica com obras de três cineastas turcos contemporâneos – Fatih Akin, Semih Kaplanoglu e Nuri Bilge Ceylan. Os eventos acontecem no SESC Pompéia (Rua Clélia, 93) e no CineSESC (Rua Augusta, 2075). Turkish Airlines inclui cinco novos destinos na malha mundial em maio; agora são 100 países servidos pela companhia aérea turca A Turkish Airlines, eleita a melhor companhia aérea da Europa, não para de crescer. Só no mês de maio foram incluídas cinco novos destinos na malha aérea internacional, entre elas Isparta, na Turquia, Santiago de Compostela, na Espanha, Valetta, em Malta, Salzburg, na Áustria, e Friedrichshafen, na Alemanha. Os voos para Isparta começaram no último dia 20, e partem de Istambul três vezes por semana. Santiago de Compostela também passou a receber os voos da Turkish Airlines no último dia 21, também três vezes por semana. Malta começa a ser servido em 25 de maio, o próximo sábado, e com isso a Turkish Airlines passa a servir 100 países no mundo. Ao todo serão 226 destinos. Os voos para Valetta em Malta serão oferecidos três vezes por semana a partir de Istambul. Atualmente, a Turkish Airlines voa entre São Paulo e Istambul quatro vezes por semana e de lá oferece conexões para toda a Europa, Ásia e Oriente Médio. Tiger Woods vai participar da final do Campeonato de Golfe Europeu na Turquia; evento é patrocinado pela Turkish Airlines O Campeonato de Golf European Tour, que acontece na Turquia entre os dias 7 e 10 de novembro, vai contar com a participação do jogador número 1 do mundo, Tiger Woods. O European Tour é parte da nova série The Race to Dubai e envolve investimentos de US$ 7 milhões. A Turkish Airlines é o patrocinador principal. O Open Turkish Airlines vai ser realizado no campo Montgomerie Royal, em Belek, Antalya, uma semana antes do campeonato mundial. Woods, 14 vezes campeão, vai entrar em campo junto com os outros 78 jogadores mais uma vez. No ano passado, o campeão participou da final do antigo Turkish Airlines World Golf, agora batizado de European Tour. Woods, que já tem quatro vitórias nesta temporada do US PGA, incluindo o recente Players Championship, disse: “Eu adorei a minha primeira visita à Turquia.
