The “High Rocks” at Ralph Stover State Park are best known for spectacular views and geological features, and are used extensively
by rock climbers. The 200-foot sheer rock face of this cliff offers a unique challenge to the experienced climber. A scenic hiking trail, whitewater boating, and two rock climbing and rappelling areas can be found at McConnell’s Mill State Park. Visitors can also tour the restored rolling gristmill and covered bridge within the park. Pennsylvania is home to over 120 public biking trails and over 800 miles of Rails-to-Trails property.
