http://www.youm7.com وزٌر النقل الروسى :طائرات مصر للطٌران ستتوجه لروسٌا بعد مرسوم بوتٌن كتب مإمن مختار أعلن وزٌر النقل الروسى ،مكسٌم سوكولوف ،أن استئناف رحالت شركة "مصر للطٌران" إلى موسكو سٌبدأ بعد مرسوم ٌصدر عن الرئٌس فالدٌمٌر بوتٌن. وقال سوكولوف ،الٌوم األربعاء" :من األفضل استئناف رحالت شركة الطٌران المصرٌة ،ولكن ،كما قلت ،سٌتم رفع القٌود القانونٌة المفروضة على الرحالت الجوٌة لشركة "مصر للطٌران" اعتبارا من تارٌخ التوقٌع على المرسوم الرئاسً، وبعدها ٌتوقف األمر على استعداد الشركة وجهوزٌتها لالستئناف ،حسب االتفاقات بٌنها وبٌن خدمات المطارات ،سواء بصورة مباشرة فً القاهرة أو موسكو". وفى ٌوم الجمعة الماضً ،وقع الوزٌر الروسً مع وزٌر الطٌران المدنً المصري، فً موسكو ،بروتوكول استئناف الرحالت الجوٌة بٌن موسكو والقاهرة ،على أن تبدأ الرحلة األولى فً 1فبراٌر المقبل على متن الخطوط الروسٌة "أٌرفلوت" ،بٌنما أرجؤ الطرفان مناقشة عودة الرحالت الجوٌة إلى مطاري المنتجعات السٌاحٌة فً شرم الشٌخ والغردقة ،إلى أبرٌل القادم.
وكان الرئٌس الروسً فالدٌمٌر بوتٌن قد قال فى القاهرة خالل اجتماع مع نظٌره المصري عبد الفتاح السٌسً ،إن بالده مستعدة الستئناف الرحالت المباشرة بٌن موسكو والقاهرة. وأوقفت روسٌا الرحالت الجوٌة مع مصر فً نوفمبر 2015بعد حادثة تحطم طائرة ركاب روسٌة تابعة لشركة طٌران كوجالٌم افٌا فى سٌناء بفعل عمل إرهابً ومقتل 217سائحا روسٌا وسبعة من أفراد الطاقم كانوا على متنها.

كرمت شركة مصر للطٌران للشحن الجوى الٌوم األربعاء ،وكالء الشحن الذٌن لعبوا دورا كبٌرا فى تسوٌق نقل البضائع على طائرات الشركة فى كل من إٌطالٌا والكوٌت فى إطار تحفٌزهم لبذل مزٌد من العمل وتنشٌط حركة الشحن بالشركة. جاء ذلك فى بٌان إعالمى أصدرته مصر للطٌران وذكر البٌان" :فى إطار السعى الدائم لشركة مصر للطٌران للشحن الجوى للتسوٌق ألنشطتها وعرض خططها المستقبلٌة االستثمارٌة على وكالء الشحن الجوى بالخارج قام وفد من الشركة برئاسة الطٌار باسم جوهر رئٌس مجلس إدارة الشركة وضم كل من "عادل هالل رئٌس قطاع الشئون االقتصادٌة بالشركة وهشام علٌوة مدٌر الشئون التجارٌة" بزٌارة تسوٌقٌة إلى كل من إقلٌم إٌطالٌا والكوٌت . وعقد الوفد لقاءات مع مسئولً البٌع والتسوٌق لوكالء الشحن بالبلدٌن وكذلك التسوٌق ألنشطة الشركة ،وتكرٌم وكاالت الشحن المتمٌزة بحجم تعامالتها باإلضافة إلى التروٌج ألنشطة شركة مصر للطٌران للخطوط الجوٌة ،الشرٌك الرئٌسى فً توفٌر فراغات الشحن على طائرات الشركتٌن. ٌذكر أن مصر للطٌران للشحن الجوى كانت قد أضافت لمساحة مجمع البضائع بالقاهرة 15500م 2لزٌادة الطاقة االستٌعابٌة للمجمع وكذلك طاقة مبردات حفظ وتداول شحنات األدوٌة والصادرات المصرٌة من خضروات وفاكهة كما تستعد الشركة الستقبال طائرات الشحن الجوى الجدٌدة من طراز إٌرباص 200-330للخدمة فً أسطول الشركة.

http://www.almasryalyoum.com «النقل الدولً»« :مصر للطٌران» زودت سعر الشحن ألوروبا %300 كتب :ناجً عبد العزٌز قالت شعبة النقل الدولً واللوجستٌات بغرفة تجارة القاهرة ،إن حركة التصدٌر للمنتجات المصرٌة للخارج تواجه مشاكل ،منها بطئ اإلجراءات الجمركٌة ،وعدم توافر فراغات للشحن على الطائرات والسفن ،فضال عن سٌطرة بعض الوكالء على عملٌات الشحن. وأضافت الشعبة ،فً لقاء موسع مع هٌئة تنمٌة الصادرات التابعة لوزارة التجارة ،أن هناك أسعار عالٌة ومبالغ فٌها للشحن ،بما ٌضعف من قدرة صادراتنا على المنافسة. ودعت الشعبة ،الحكومة ،ممثلة فً وزارة التجارة والصناعة ،بتعدٌل عاجل للمادة ( )40فً الئحة التصدٌر واالستٌراد ،بإلغاء الفقرة ( )3من الالئحة نهائٌا ،باعتبارها معوق حكومً صارخ للتصدٌر. واستطردت الشعبة :أن «شركة مصر للطٌران زودت سعر الشحن ألوروبا على طائراتها ،%300كما أن طائراتها الجدٌدة لن تخدم الصادرات فً الوقت الذي تمتلك فٌها إثٌوبٌا 7طائرات كارجو حمولة الواحدة 120طن تتولً تصدٌر منتجات مالبس ألمرٌكا وأوربا نحو 50مصنع فقط ،بعد أن نجحت فً الحصول على جزء من حصة مصر فً (الكوٌز)». من جانبها ،كشفت هالة الدكروري ،رئٌس اإلدارة المركزٌة لتنمٌة الصادرات واللوجستٌات بوزارة التجارة ،عن ترتٌبات جدٌدة للوزارة إلطالق بوابة إلكترونٌة تحمل اسم «بوابة مصر» تستهدف تنمٌة الصادرات ،وتحقٌق طفرة فٌها مع إطالق مجلس حكومً مشترك مع القطاع الخاص لتنمٌة الصادرات واللوجستٌات لتنمٌة وتنظٌم أنشطة التصدٌر ،وإنشاء بنك معلومات لٌخدم التصدٌر. وقال أٌمن الشٌخ ،رئٌس الشعبة ،إنه من الضرورة توحٌد وتمثٌل مختلف جهات التصدٌر فً مجلس تنمٌة الصادرات ،الفتا إلى أعباء كبٌرة ٌتحملها المصدر دون سند قانونً أو رسمً. وأضاف أن «شركة اإلسكندرٌة لتداول الحاوٌات تحصل 1800جنٌها رسوم خدمات عن كل كونتٌنر ،بٌنما هذا الرسم محدد بمعرفة هٌئة المٌناء بنحو 40دوالر ،وهذا ٌعنً أن المصدر ٌدفع رسما ٌزٌد بنحو %110عن السعر الرسمً المحدد من هٌئات الموانئ». وشدد «الشٌخ» على تطبٌق مبدأ الشافٌة عبر اإلعالن عن أسعار الخدمات المالحٌة ومصروفاتها فً كل أنشطه النقل البري والبحري والجوي ،الفتا إلى أن أسعار الخطوط المالحٌة تعانً الفوضى ،مطالبا بتدخل مإسسة الرئاسة لتنظٌم هذا النشاط. وقال «الشٌخ» :إن «شركة اإلسكندرٌة لتداول الحاوٌات الحكومٌة تحصل رسوم خدمات للشحن والتفرٌغ بزٌادة تصل إلى %150عن السعر المعلن ،وهو 80دوالر للكونتٌنر الوارد ،و 40دوالر للكونتٌنر الصادر» ،مشٌرا إلى وجود تفاوت كبٌر فً الرسوم التً تطلبها الخطوط المالحٌة. وأكد أعضاء فً الشعبة أنه سٌتم عمل لقاء مع مسإولً هذه الشركة لعرض المشاكل التً تواجه الشحنات الصادرة والواردة ،محذرٌن من أن تلك المشاكل تضر تنافسٌة منتجاتنا فً السوق الخارجً. وكشف األعضاء عن أن نصٌب الحكومة من رسوم الشحن والتفرٌغ ال ٌتجاوز 1.5ملٌار جنٌه ،مقابل نحو 40ملٌار جنٌه لهذه الشركات ،وهو ما ٌجب إعادة النظر فٌه لزٌادة اإلٌراد الحكومً حتى تتمكن من اإلنفاق على تطوٌر وصٌانة شبكات البنٌة األساسٌة واللوجستٌة التً أنفقت الحكومة علٌها الملٌارات.

كشف أٌمن الصٌاد رئٌس شعبة النقل واللوجٌستٌات ،أن شركة مصر للطٌران قامت برفع أسعار الشحن لـ %300خالل الفترة األخٌرة األمر الذى سٌإدى الى رفع تكلفة المنتج المصرى عند تصدٌره للخارج وٌضعف قدرته التنافسٌة . وأضاف الصٌاد ،خالل اجتماع الشعبة بممثلى هٌئة تنمٌة الصادرات، أنه الٌوجد أسعار محددة للشحن فى مصر حٌث تتفاوت األسعار من شركة ألخرى بحسب رإٌتها وهناك 37ملٌار جنٌه تفقدهم مصر سنوٌا لصالح التوكٌالت المالحٌة األجنبٌة. وطالب الصٌاد الحكومة بضرورة أن تكون هناك جهة رقابٌة موحدة لتحدٌد األسعار الخاصة بالشحن بمنتهى الشفافٌة تتبع المجلس الرئاسى مباشرة ،كما هو متبع فى كثٌر من الدول ومراجعة األسعار التى تصل إلى مكاسب تصل ألكثر من ،%350األمر الذى ٌعوق صادراتنا مقارنة بالدول المجاورة.

أعلنت وزارة التجارة األمٌركٌة األربعاء فرض رسوم تجارٌة ضد شركة بومباردٌٌه الكندٌة لتصنٌع الطائرات بسبب تلقٌها مساعدات من الحكومة الكندٌة والدخول فً منافسة غٌر عادلة مع شركة بوٌنغ األمٌركٌة. وكشف تحقٌق للوزارة أن بومباردٌٌه تلقت إعانات مالٌة من الحكومة الكندٌة سمحت لها بٌع طائرات بؤسعار أدنى من كلفة إنتاجها. وتقدمت بوٌنغ بشكوى ضد الشركة الكندٌة بعد أن قامت شركة دلتا إٌرالٌنز األمٌركٌة بطلب شراء عدد من طائرات بومباردٌٌه من طراز "سً-سٌرٌز" بسعر حوالً 20ملٌون دوالر للطائرة وهو سعر أدنى بكثٌر من كلفة التصنٌع التً تبلغ حوالً 33ملٌون دوالر ،ومن الرقم المعلن فً الئحة األسعار والمحدد بـ 79.5ملٌون دوالر. وقررت الوزارة أن الطائرات ٌجب أن تخضع لرسوم تصل نسبتها إلى 292.21فً المئة. وٌحتاج القرار إلى موافقة نهائٌة من قبل لجنة التجارة الدولٌة األمٌركٌة ،وهً وكالة شبه قضائٌة .ومن المقرر أن تعلن اللجنة موقفها فً األول من شباط /فبراٌر المقبل. وقال وزٌر التجارة األمٌركً وٌلبٌر روس إن "هذا القرار مبنً على دراسة شاملة وغٌر منحازة للوقائع فً إطار مسار علنً وشفاف". وأضاف أن الوالٌات المتحدة "ملتزمة بالتجارة الحرة والعادلة والمتبادلة وستدافع دوما عن العمال األمٌركٌٌن والشركات األمٌركٌة التً تتؤذى من الواردات غٌر العادلة".

www.flightglobal.com Hard A321 landing led Germania to limit manual flights Investigators have disclosed that Germania banned pilots' flying manual visual approaches under supervision, after an unstable descent by a relatively inexperienced first officer led an Airbus A321 to land hard at Fuerteventura. The first officer had logged 96h on type before conducting the ILS approach to runway 01 using manual control of the thrust and attitude. After the A321 was established on final the first officer disengaged the autothrust. On short final, however, the aircraft's airspeed declined and the jet dipped below the glideslope. The captain pointed this out and the first officer increased thrust to compensate. But this was insufficient and the captain repeated the suggestion, before realising the aircraft was sinking rapidly while close to the ground. Although the captain took control to execute a go-around, this was too late to avoid a hard 3.3g impact with the runway before the aircraft became airborne again. The first officer carried out the second approach, with automation, and the aircraft landed without further incident 9min later. Spanish investigation authority CIAIAC says the carrier acknowledged that its Airbus crews were "not well trained" for manual approaches owing to a "routine practice" of using automatic systems. The captain had believed that the first officer, despite having less than 100h on type, was sufficiently proficient to operate with fewer automated flight systems – a viewpoint supported by the pilot's training record. He had informed the first officer that most pilots in training were reticent and hesitant to use manual thrust, and suggested flying the approach without autopilot or autothrust. Weather conditions were good and the crew had visual contact with the runway. The first officer had prior experience and was confident, according to the captain's testimony to the inquiry, and appreciated the opportunity. But CIAIAC says the decision not to use the automatic systems contributed to the hard landing and that the decision to execute a go-around was "late". Germania subsequently prohibited flying manually, with manual thrust, during supervised visual approaches on 22 July last year, six days after the Fuerteventura event. CIAIAC adds that the carrier has also been redefining conditions and restrictions for manual flight.

www.ch-aviation.com Russia, Egypt to resume direct passenger air traffic in 1Q18 Russian transport minister Maxim Sokolov and Egyptian civil aviation minister Sherif Fathi signed a protocol on December 15, paving the way to the resumption of scheduled passenger flights between the countries, TASS newswire has reported. Before the resumption is possible, an adequate presidential decree needs to be issued. Sokolov plans to present a draft decree to the government by year-end which could lead to the resumption of flights in February 2018. The protocol was signed days after the presidents of both countries, Vladimir Putin and Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, had announced plans to do during a high-level meeting in Cairo. Once effective, the agreement will allow for direct flights between Russia and Cairo Int'l and not other airports, including tourist resorts Hurghada and Sharm el Sheikh, Russian Aviation has clarified. Direct scheduled air traffic between the countries has been suspended since a terrorist attack downed a MetroJet (Russia) A321 in October 2015. Russian investigators concluded that the aircraft, flying from Sharm el Sheikh to St. Petersburg, had been brought down by an onboard explosive device. The disaster killed all 224 passengers and crew, nearly all of them Russian citizens. Before the attack Aeroflot and EgyptAir were the designated carriers on the routes between Cairo and Russia. The resumption of scheduled traffic is highly anticipated by the Egyptian tourism industry, as Russian guests used to constitute the largest national group arriving in Egypt. According to Egypt Today, in 2014 the number of tourists arriving from Russia peaked at 3.1 million.

According to The Lusaka Times, Mushimba told a press conference that President Edgar Lungu's Cabinet had formally approved the Zambia Airways (Lusaka) project during a meeting on Monday, December 18. The carrier will be a joint-venture with Ethiopian Airlines (ET, Addis Ababa) and will be allocated USD30 million from the 2018 national budget, he added. Earlier this year, Ethiopian Airlines' CEO Tewolde Gebremariam said Zambia Airways would likely operate a combination of Dash 8-400 and B737NextGen equipment. Zambia is the second country in the SADC (Southern African Development Community) trade bloc to have partnered Ethiopian Airlines, the first being Malawi through its already active Malawian Airlines(3W, Lilongwe) initiative. There, government holds a 51% stake with Ethiopian controlling a 49% stake. The head of Malawi's Public Private Partnership Commission (PPPC), Jimmy Lipunga, told The Nation newspaper in September that despite initial promise on its launch four years ago, Malawian Airlines had yet to reach breakeven. ―The business model that was floated during the tender indicated that the airline would be making profits by the second year, but the reality on the ground has been different as the airline has struggled to gain the market share that is needed to make profits,‖ he said. Under the PPPC's original plan, government would have offered up a 20% stake in the carrier to Malawian citizens once it turned profitable. That way, effective ownership of the airline would have remained in Malawian hands despite government's retreat. Malawian Airlines currently operates one B737-700 and one Q400 on scheduled flights to seven destinations in Malawi, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Mozambique, Tanzania, and Kenya.

The Boeing 777-300ER-operated service between Stansted and the airline‘s Dubai hub will operate from June 8, 2018. That, however, is apparently not the case," he said. Mr Museveni's announcement was in line with the National Development Plan (NDPII), which was launched in June 2015. The plan listed establishment of an airliner as third on a list of six public investment projects lined up for implementation in the air transport sector between 2015 and 2020. Others lined up for implementation during the same period include upgrade and expansion of Entebbe International Airport, upgrade of Kasese, Arua and Soroti airfields to international airport standards, construction of an airport in Hoima and upgrade of Jinja airstrip to an airfield. The National Planning Authority (NPA) had initially put the initial capital outlay required to operationalise the revival of the airline at $400 million (about1.4 trillion). The past airline The planned national airline would in effect be a replacement for Uganda Airlines, which former president Idi Amin Dada formed in May 1976 and operationalised in 1977 following the collapse of the East African Community. According to an airline source privy to the development, the move raises questions as these pilots are critical to winter operations in the North. Even after completion of the ground course, these pilots would have to wait for at least five to six months to get simulator training as there is already a huge backlog now, the source said. ―These senior A320 commanders are CAT-II/III qualified pilots, but have been sent to do their ground classes, which will go for about two months, for B787 flying in the thick of the winter. ―Air India was reluctant to send them, but when the pressure came from a Union minister, who has nothing to with the aviation sector, the airline had to give in,‖ the source told PTI. Further, the source said one of the pilots among the 17 is close to the Union minister and wanted the minister to intervene to get the command training on the wide-body plane. Alleging that there is severe shortage of commanders on the A320 fleet, the source said sending away as many as 17 senior pilots at this time of the year would have an adverse impact on operations, particularly in the winter season which is dubious for the fog. ―Many flights, including a Mumbai-Chandigarh flight, were delayed recently due to shortage of pilots trained in low visibility operations,‖ the source said. Queries sent to Air India spokesperson G P Rao on the matter did not fetch any response even after a week. The foggy season in the North generally sets in from early December and lasts till mid-February. During this period, domestic airlines are required to deploy only CAT- III-B compliant aircraft and trained crew while operating flights in and out of New Delhi, Jaipur and Lucknow airports. These aerodromes are CAT-III-B-compliant airports.

Ethiopian Airlines: The new spirit of Africa indeed
Obviously, Ethiopian Airlines will continue to be the ambassador of Africa whenever airlines operators from other parts of the world gather to rub minds profitably. Ethiopian as the airline is generally known, for consecutive years has remained the saving grace for Africa in view of the abysmal outings of other airlines from the continent many of which had collapsed unceremoniously while the few that are still are doing so unimpressively. Today, the thinking amongst the developed world about aviation particularly airline business in Africa is that of despair, hopelessness and failure but thank God for Ethiopian Airlines. This unpleasant notion about the continent, unfortunately, is almost becoming a stigma looking at the number of dead airlines from the continent and the embarrassing manner the existing few ones operate. Without any bias, many of the African airlines including those gone and few still in existence have created the impression that airline business is almost an impossible enterprise whereas, Ethiopian has, however, shown that to run an airline business is not supposed to be a rocket science thing in the first place.

While the big mega carriers around the world such as British Airways, Lufthansa, Delta Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, the United Arab Emirates of this world have continued to operate enviably and profitably in the same business, the reverse has been the case with the African airlines. This anomaly is responsible for the heavy presence of foreign carriers on the continent. Amongst such collapsed African airlines which once made their countries and the continent proud before their extinction are: Nigeria Airways, Ghana Airways, Air Afrique, Cameroon Airlines, Air Djibouti, Air Guinea, Air Gabon, Air Liberia whose collapse have been traced to lack of good planning, corruption, mismanagement,the inability to put the right persons at the right position, lack of patriotism and uncooperative attitude of governments. While these contributory reasons still continue till today, Ethiopian Airlines has been able to stand out on the continent as witnessed in the way it is succeeding and making a profit thus making it a force to reckon with the foreign carriers. Apart from giving the mega carriers a good fight for their runs in view of huge destinations the African carrier operates into spreading through The Americas, Asia, Europe and Middle East side by side the foreign airlines, the airline which has earned itself ‗The New Spirit of Africa‘ slogan has virtually become more or less the ‗African flag carrier‘ as it is the only one that is making use of the liberalization of the air transport market policy to even link many African countries together. Ethiopian airline which is presently living according to its Moto: ‗Bringing Africa Together and Beyond‘, has created a missing link through its vast African network to 55 cities and more than 100 international passenger and cargo destinations. Therefore, to say the African carrier absolutely understood the business of running an airline is no more hidden with the 15-year seven strategic business plan units it called Vision 2025 that will see it become the leading airline group in Africa.

A visit to the Bole Addis Ababa International Airport is enough to convince any doubting Thomas that the airline meant business with every minute take off and landing of its aircraft proudly flying the flag of Ethiopia, an African country to various destinations in a well-planned routes distribution. The icing on the cake is the ability of the airline‘s management to put together what it called seven business centres ranging from the Ethiopian in-flight catering, Cargo, Aircraft maintenance, Aviation academy to Ground service. All these marketing strategies put together by this African airline have been responsible for its profitability and ability to stand shoulder to shoulder with the mega carriers in the airline business. With its ever forward-looking management and the goodwill it enjoys from its home government which understood the contribution of airline business to its economy and development and thus create an enabling environment, Ethiopian Airlines is presently the hope of Africa. Eurowings said as a result of the agreements with the Vereinigung Cockpit and Ver.di unions it will now increase staff numbers at all German bases, including Cologne, Düsseldorf, Munich and Stuttgart as well as in Austria and Spain. The new collective agreements include pay, conditions, staff representation, occupational pensions, promotion, and parttime work, the airline said in a statement. The Düsseldorf-based airline will also expand its fleet by 30 aircraft after the deal lifts a restriction of 23 set under a previous agreement with pilots. ―We are now capable of short-term growth in all Eurowings flight operations,‖ Managing Director Jörg Beissel said. ―From now on, we will be advertising positions… for captains, copilots, pursers and flight attendants.‖ Crews can now apply to both Eurowings Europe and Eurowings Germany as a result of the agreements. The airline has already hired more than 500 people in recent weeks, including a large number of flight attendants and pilots from the insolvent German carrier Air Berlin. Eurowings said it has advertised more than 2,000 jobs in Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart, Munich, Vienna, Salzburg and Palma de Mallorca. The Vereinigung Cockpit (VC) pilot union rejected a Eurowings offer last month saying it should ―offer its employees acceptable terms and conditions.‖

ISTANBUL (Reuters) - Turkish airline Pegasus (PGSUS.IS) said on Thursday it will exercise its purchase option for 25 additional aircraft under an order placed with Airbus in July 2012 for a total of 100 new planes. It said in a statement to the Istanbul stock exchange it had reached an agreement with Airbus for the delivery of an additional five Airbus 321 neo aircraft in 2022 and 10 more Airbus A321 neo aircraft in both 2023 and 2024.
