http://www.youm7.com وفد روسى ٌتفقد مطار القاهرة قبل استئناف الرحالت مطلع الشهر المقبل.. السلطات الروسٌة توافق على جدول تشغٌل رحالت مصر للطٌران إلى موسكو ..والشركة تنتظر إنهاء التصارٌح الخاصة بالعاملٌن فى مكتبها بموسكو كتب أحمد حمادة ٌنتهى وفد سلطة شركة الطٌران الروسٌة من جولته التفقدٌة لإلجراءات األمنٌة بمطار القاهرة الدولى غدا األربعاء وذلك لالطالع على آخر االستعدادات األمنٌة داخل مطار القاهرة قبل بدء تشغٌل الرحالت بٌن مصر وروسٌا مطلع الشهر المقبل ،وبدأ الوفد جولته بعقد اجتماع مطول مع القٌادات األمنٌة والمسئولٌن بشركة مٌناء القاهرة الدولى للوقوف على آخر التطورات داخل الدوائر الجمركٌة بصاالت الوصول والسفر. وقالت مصادر بمطار القاهرة الدولى ،إن الوفد بدأ جولته التفقدٌة بمبنى "الركاب "2بمطار القاهرة الدولى وذلك لمتابعة الخطوات المتبعة لدخول الركاب من بوابة المطار حتى صعود الطائرة ،إضافة إلى متابعة عملٌات التفتٌش الخاصة بالحقائب منذ دخولها من بوابة المطار مرورا بعملٌات الوزن وكٌفٌة التفتٌش من خالل أجهزة اإلكس راى ،مضٌفة أن الوفد تفقد بوابات دخول الموظفٌن العاملٌن بالمطار ،وذلك من خالل أجهزة البصمة البٌومترٌة ،إضافة إلى متابعة أجهزة المراقبة والكامٌرات . وأضافت مصادر بمطار القاهرة ،أن الوفد عقد أمس االثنٌن ،اجتماعا مع قٌادات المطار ،لبحث آخر االستعدادات النهاٌة لبدء التشغٌل ،وبدأت الٌوم إجراءات تفقد اإلجراءات األمنٌة بالمطار، وتنتهى غدا األربعاء ،استعدادا لبدء التشغٌل الفعلى لجدول الرحالت . وأشارت المصادر إلى أن شركة آٌر فلوت الروسٌة من المقرر أن تبدأ أولى رحالتها مطلع الشهر المقبل ،وذلك لنقل السٌاح الروسٌٌن من موسكو إلى مطار القاهرة ،وذلك بعد االتفاقٌة التى وقعها وزٌر الطٌران المدنى شرٌف فتحى الشهر الماضى مع نظٌره الروسى باستئناف الرحالت مرة أخرى . وأوضحت المصادر أن مسئولى شركة مٌناء القاهرة الجوى تلقوا إخطارا من الجانب الروسى ببدء عمل الشركة فى 3فبراٌر ،فٌما تنتظر شركة مصر للطٌران إنهاء التصارٌح الخاصة بالعاملٌن فى مكتبها بموسكو وذلك لبدء الرحالت الخاصة بالشركة ،وذلك بعد أن حددت الشركة اسم مدٌر المكتب والعاملٌن بالمحطة ،بعد الموافقة على جدول التشغٌل الذى أرسلته الشركة للسلطات الروسٌة وذلك أٌام األحد والثالثاء والخمٌس.

http://elbashayeronline.com مصادر بـ"الطٌران" :زٌارة الوفد الروسً الستكمال عودة الرحالت ولٌس للتفتٌش أكد مصدران بوزارة الطٌران المدنى أن الوفد الروسى الذى بدأ زٌارته إلى مصر أمس االثنٌن ٌستهدف استكمال إجراءات عودة الرحالت بٌن البلدٌن ،نافٌا أن تكون الزٌارة بهدف التفتٌش على إجراءات األمن. ٌأتى ذلك رغم أن وكالة "سبوتنٌك" الروسٌة أكدت أن زٌارة وفد موسكو الذى ٌزور مصر حالٌا أمنى لمتابعة إجراءات األمن المعتمدة ،لتأمٌن الركاب والبضائع فً مطار القاهرة. وقالت إن الوفد الروسً من المقرر أن ٌواصل عملٌة المتابعة لمدة 3أٌام ،داخل المبنى رقم " "2الجدٌد ،والذي تم تخصٌصه من جانب السلطات المصرٌة لرحالت الخطوط الروسٌة "إٌرفلوت". وكانت المطارات المصرٌة خضعت بعد حادث الطائرة الروسٌة ، 2015الذى توقف طٌران موسكو إثره ،لزٌارة عدد كبٌر من الوفود األمنٌة الروسٌة ،لفحص اإلجراءات بالمطارات والتأكد من سالمتها ،فخالل عام ،2016أرسلت روسٌا 7وفود أمنٌة لزٌارة مصر. وفً حوار أجرته صحٌفة "المصري الٌوم" مع السفٌر الروسً بالقاهرة سٌرجى كٌربتشٌنكو قال إنه "ٌتصور عودة الرحالت المباشرة إلى الغردقة وشرم خالل خالل فترة معقولة من الزمن بحسب المتطلبات التقنٌة والفنٌة بٌن الطرفٌن" ،وأكد أن "استئناف الرحالت هام للغاٌة ألنه جاء تمهٌدا لمشاركة الفرٌق المصرى لكرة القدم فً كأس العالم فً روسٌا فً شهرى ٌونٌو وٌولٌو القادمٌن". وتعاملت مصر بإٌجابٌة مع متطلبات الجانب الروسى ،سواء من خالل االستجابة الفورٌة لطلبات التفتٌش األمنى المتكررة أو تحدٌث وشراء األجهزة ،منها التتبع للعاملٌن بـ"البٌرومٌترك"، وإنفاق 42ملٌون دوالر على تحدٌث األنظمة األمنٌة. فً سٌاق ذي صلة ،قال مصدر من شركة مصر للطٌران إن الشركة تنتظر موافقة السلطات الروسٌة على جدول رحالت القاهرة -موسكو الذى تم إرساله قبل أكثر من أسبوع ولم نتلق رداً رسمٌا بشأنه. وكانت السلطات الروسٌة ،قد علقت الطٌران مع مصر ،عقب سقوط الطائرة الروسٌة مٌتروجٌت وسط سٌناء أواخر أكتوبر ،2015بعد مغادرتها مطار شرم الشٌخ الدولى بدقائق ،ما تسبب فى صا حصٌلة من كانوا على متنها. وفاة 224شخ ً ووقع وزٌرا الطٌران المصري شرٌف فتحً ،والنقل الروسً مكسٌم سوكولوف ،الشهر الماضً ،على بروتوكول عودة الرحالت بٌن القاهرة وموسكو ،بداٌة من فبراٌر المقبل دون تحدٌد موعد انطالق أول رحلة.

http://www.ahram.org.eg رئٌس الشركة المصرٌة لخدمات الطٌران لـ «األهرام»: إجراءات جدٌدة لتأمٌن حقائب «الروسٌة» بمطار القاهرة تهانى عبد الرحٌم فتح أسواق جدٌدة لالستثمار فى القارة اإلفرٌقٌة صرح اللواء محمد كامل رئٌس الشركة المصرٌة لخدمات الطٌران بأن الشركة اتخذت كل االستعدادات الالزمة لعودة الرحالت الروسٌة لمطار القاهرة ،حٌث ستكون مسئولة بصورة كاملة عن تقدٌم الخدمات األرضٌة لشركة الطٌران الروسٌة «اٌروفلوت» والتى تشمل نقل حقائب الركاب من وإلى الطائرة عند السفر والمغادرة عند استئناف الرحالت فى فبراٌر المقبل. وأضاف فى تصرٌحات خاصة لـ «األهرام» أنه عقد اجتماعا موسعا مع المدٌر العام لشركة اٌروفلوت بعد زٌارة الرئٌس الروسى فالدٌمٌر بوتٌن للقاهرة أخٌرا ،حٌث تم االتفاق على كل المتطلبات الخاصة بعودة الرحالت مشٌرا إلى أن الجانب الروسى ركز فى محادثاته بصورة رئٌسٌة على الجانب األمنى ومدى كفاءة المعدات األرضٌة التى ستتعامل مع حقائب الركاب ،وأٌضا مدى تدرٌب وكفاءة العناصر البشرٌة التى ستتولى خدمة رحالت الطائرات الروسٌة فى مطار القاهرة ...وأوضح اللواء كامل أنه استعرض مع رئٌس الشركة الروسٌة كل االستعدادات واإلجراءات الجدٌدة لتأمٌن الحقائب مشٌرا إلى أن الجانب الروسى أكد اطمئنانه لهذه االستعدادات بالصورة التى ٌرغب فٌها. وعن كفاءة المعدات التى سٌتم استخدامها قال إن الشركة سوف تستخدم حاوٌات جدٌدة لنقل وتأمٌن حقائب الركاب وفق نظم حدٌثة ،حٌث ٌتم اغالق هذه الحاوٌات بعد تحمٌلها بالحقائب وتأمٌنها تماما بأقفال وأكواد رقمٌة ،خاصة ووضع شرائط بالستٌكٌة بصورة محددة ،وال ٌتم فتح هذه االقفال والشرائط إال تحت الطائرة، وعند تحمٌل الحقائب إلى داخل الطائرة مباشرة باإلضافة إلى تخصٌص خدمة أمنٌة لمرافقة الحاوٌات المحملة بالحقائب عند خروجها من مكان التحمٌل حتى أسفل الطائرة حتى ال ٌكون هناك مجال ألى اختراق أو عبث بهذه الحاوٌات. وقال رئٌس الشركة المصرٌة لخدمات الطٌران إن الشركة تسٌر مع التوجه السائد للقٌادة السٌاسٌة والدولة باالهتمام باألسواق اإلفرٌقٌة وفتح مجاالت جدٌدة لالستثمار بها ،حٌث تم االتفاق على القٌام بجولة إفرٌقٌة موسعة لعدة دول فى القارة اإلفرٌقٌة خالل شهرى فبراٌر ومارس المقبلٌن لدراسة األسواق فى هذه الدول وفرص االستثمار المتاحة بها لتعزٌز الوجود المصرى فى إفرٌقٌا مشٌرا إلى أن الدول التى سٌتم االتفاق معها سٌتم فتح محطات بها للشركة المصرٌة لخدمات الطٌران. وعن تحدٌث معدات الشركة قال لدٌنا خطة إحالل وتجدٌد لمدة ثالث سنوات حتى 2020بتكلفة 15ملٌون دوالر لتغٌٌر بعض المعدات التى تقادمت وإحاللها بمعدات جدٌدة مع مراعاة أن تكون صدٌقة للبٌئة وتتوافق مع البرنامج العالمى للبٌئة الخاص باألمم المتحدة. وعن األنشطة التى تقوم بها الشركة أضاف لقد أنشأنا مركز تدرٌب دولٌا معتمدا من «اآلٌاتا» وأصبحنا أول شركة خدمات أرضٌة فى منطقة الشرق األوسط لدٌها هذا المركز ومسموح لنا بعقد دورات فى مجال الخدمات األرضٌة ،وبالفعل بدأنا التنفٌذ من خالل تنظٌم دورات تدرٌبٌة للعاملٌن بالشركة وللشركات التى طلبت منا، ولبعض الوكالء ،وهذه الخدمات سوف تحقق أرباحا للشركة.

أنهت محكمة جزائرٌة ،الٌوم الثالثاء ،إضرابا مفاجئا للمضٌفٌن الجوٌٌن فً شركة الطٌران الوطنٌة للمطالبة بزٌادة األجور والحوافز ،واستؤنفت الرحالت الداخلٌة والخارجٌة. الجزائر — سبوتنٌك .قضت محكمة الدار البٌضاء فً ضواحً العاصمة الجزائرٌة فً القسم االستعجالً ،الٌوم ،بعدم شرعٌة إضراب المضٌفٌن الجوٌٌن ،وحكمت بضرورة عودتهم إلى العمل. وعادت الحركة إلى مطار الجزائر الدولً ،بعد ٌوم من االضطرابات التً شهدتها رحالت شركة الخطوط الجوٌة الجزائرٌة انطالقا من مطار الجزائر الدولً فً الرحالت الدولٌة والداخلٌة ،فٌما تجري مفاوضات بٌن نقابة المضٌفٌن وإدارة الشركة بشأن مطالب بزٌادة األجور والعالوات. وقال المدٌر التجاري للجوٌة الجزائرٌة ،زهٌر هواوي ،فً تصرٌح لإلذاعة الرسمٌة، إن الشركة تعانً من مشكالت مالٌة قررت تجمٌد االتفاق المتعلق بالزٌادة فً أجور موظفً المالحة الجوٌة ،إلى غاٌة أن تسترجع الشركة عافٌتها المالٌة. وقال ممثل الجوٌة الجزائرٌة لإلذاعة الجزائرٌة إن "التوازن المالً للشركة هش فً الوقت الحالً وال ٌسمح بتطبٌق االتفاق المبرم مع مستخدمً المالحة التجارٌة قبل عام وقد صرحت بذلك علنا فً االجتماعات التشاورٌة لها بالنظر إلى وضعها المالً الصعب". وأضاف المسؤول الجزائري "نحن لسنا فً أزمة لكننا بحاجة إلى تجنٌد كل الموارد البشرٌة لرفع التحدي أمام المنافسة الشرسة لـ 22شركة أجنبٌة". وٌطالب المضٌفون العاملون فً الخطوط الجوٌة الجزائرٌة إدارة الشركة بمراجعة األجور والعالوات ،وتنفٌذ اتفاقات سابقة بٌنها وبٌن نقابتهم.

http://arabic.euronews.com دون جواز سفر أو تذكرة ..سٌدة تتجاوز أمن مطار شٌكاغو وتصل إلى لندن فً مغامرة ترقى إلى سٌنارٌوهات أفالم السٌنما ،تمكنت سٌدة أمٌركٌة ال تملك جواز سفر أو تذكرة طائرة من التسلل إلى مطار "أوهٌر" الدولً فً شٌكاغو األسبوع الماضً والسفر إلى لندن ،قبل أن ٌقبض علٌها موظفو الجمارك ،بحسب ما أعلنت شرطة شٌكاغو. السلطات األمٌركٌة قالت إن السٌدة مارلٌن هارتمان ( 66عاما) دخلت مطار "أوهٌر" ٌوم األحد الموافق للـ ٌ 14ناٌر /كانون الثانً .وأظهرت كامٌرات المراقبة أنها كانت تتحرك داخل أروقة المطار دون تذكرة أو حتى جواز للسفر. ونقلت صحٌفة نٌوٌوك تاٌمز عن تاندرا سٌمونتون ،المتحدثة باسم االدعاء العام قولها إن السٌدة تسللت إلى منطقة المغادرة بٌنما كان ضباط إدارة النقل منشغلٌن بتفتٌش تصارٌح الركاب الآلخرٌن" ،لقد غطت وجهها بشعرها وسارت دون أن ٌلحظها الضابط ،ولم تقدم وثائق لصعود الطائرة". وبعد محاولة فاشلة لصعود إحدى الطائرات مكثت مارلٌن طوال اللٌل فً المطار، واتجهت فً الٌوم التالً إلى حافلة متوجهة إلى البوابة الدولٌة ،وبرغم عدم امتالكها أٌة وثائق تمكنت من استقالل تلك الحافلة. وبحسب ما أفادت الشرطة ،فقد نجحت السٌدة المتسللة أخٌرا من الهبوط فً مطار هٌثرو بالعاصمة البرٌطانٌة لندن ،حٌث احتجزها موظفو الجمارك ،و ُمن َِعت من الدخول إلى المملكة المتحدة. ولدى إعادتها إلى الوالٌات المتحدة ٌوم الخمٌس ٌ 18ناٌر/كانون الثانً الماضً، وجهت إلٌها تهم بالسرقة والتعدي على أراضً دولة. وأكدت صحف محلٌة أن مارلٌن هارتمان تخضع حالٌا إلى اإلقامة الجبرٌة ،وقد تعهدت بالحضور إلى جلسات محاكمتها والخضوع إلى جلسات مساعدة نفسٌة بعد تكرار محاوالتها اختراق أمن المطارات فً الوالٌات المتحدة دون امتالك أٌة وثائق تخولها السفر.

http://almydannews.com مسئول بـ«المصرٌة للمطارات» :الشركة فً انهٌار لهذه األسباب ..والوزٌر مطالب بالتدخل محمود حسن تشهد الشركة المصرٌة للمطارات ،حالة من الغلٌان والقلق الشدٌد جراء السٌاسات التً ٌنتهجها المسئولون والتً تسببت فً تأخر إعالن المٌزانٌة العمومٌة للشركة وإقرارها أمام مسئولً وزارة الطٌران المدنً العتمادها ،باإلضافة إلى تعلٌق صرف األرباح السنوٌة للعاملٌن بشركتً المالحة الجوٌة ومٌناء القاهرة الجوى انتظارا إلعالن الشركة المصرٌة للمطارات األرباح التً حققتها طوال العام المالً الماضً ،ورفض مسئولو الجهاز المركزي للمحاسبات اعتماد المٌزانٌة ،بسب إقرارها مرة بالخسارة واألخرى بالمكسب وهو ما أدى لزٌادة اللغط واألقاوٌل حول األرباح أو الخسائر التً حققتها الشركة. ومن جانبه ،أكد مصدر مسئول بالشركة ،أن اإلهمال والتسٌب وعدم اتخاذ القرارات الصحٌحة وعدم الخبرة الكافٌة لدى مسئولً الشركة المصرٌة للمطارات ،هً التً أدت لتأخر إعالن تحدٌد الجمعٌة العمومٌة إلقرار المٌزانٌة ،رغم أنه فً األعوام الماضٌة كانت الشركة المصرٌة للمطارات أولى الشركات التابعة لوزارة الطٌران المدنً التً تعلن عن أرباحها ،رغم الظروف الصعبة التى كانت تعٌشها البالد إبان ٌ 25ناٌر و ٌ 30ونٌو ،حٌث حققت الشركة مئات المالٌٌن وسط رضا تام لدى جمٌع المسئولٌن بوزارة الطٌران والعاملٌن بالشركة ،لدرجة أن رئٌس الشركة السابق اللواء طٌار "عادل محجوب" قد قام بزٌادة البنط للعاملٌن من 18إلى 20جنٌها . و أضاف المصدر -فً تصرٌحات خاصة لـ«المٌدان» ،أن من ضمن األسباب األخرى التً أدت النهٌار الشركة وتدنى مستواها هو غٌاب بعض القٌادات عن بعض المناصب الهامة واإلستراتٌجٌة والحٌوٌة ،عقب اإلطاحة ببعضهم أو خروجهم على المعاش وعدم تعٌٌن بدٌل لهم ،وهو ما أثر بشكل كبٌر على سٌر العمل . وتابع المصدر ،أن مقر الشركة الكائن بطرٌق المطار ٌشهد حالة من الفوضى العارمة ،حٌث انتشر بٌع المالبس و التسالً وأدوات التجمٌل واألحذٌة الرٌاضٌة بٌن العاملٌن ،وهو أمر لم تشهده الشركة منذ إنشائها ،وذلك وسط غٌاب تام وتجاهل من مسئولً الشركة . وطالب المصدر ،بضرورة تدخل وزٌر الطٌران المدنً لحل المشكالت القائمة بالشركة المصرٌة للمطارات والتً ربما ٌكون لها عواقب وخٌمة خالل الفترة القادمة ،خصوصا أنه من المقرر افتتاح العدٌد من المطارات الجدٌدة خالل الفترة القلٌلة المقبلة ،والتى من الممكن تضع مسئولً وزارة الطٌران المدنً فً موقف حرج أمام القٌادة السٌاسٌة ،رغم الجهود الكبٌرة التً ٌقوم بها المسئولون بالوزارة ،والمكاسب والنتائج اإلٌجابٌة التً تم تحقٌقها خالل فترة زمنٌة قصٌرة ،باإلضافة إلى تطوٌر وإحالل وتجدٌد أسطول طائرات الشركة الوطنٌة وتأمٌن المطارات المصرٌة بأحدث الوسائل األمنٌة العالمٌة ،والذي كان له صدى كبٌر وارتٌاح شدٌد بٌن جموع العاملٌن بوزارة الطٌران المدنً والمسئولٌن بالدولة .

أصبح مسلسل «اإلفالس» واحدا من أهم التحدٌات التى تواجه شركات الطٌران خاصة فى أوروبا والتى قد تؤدى الى تغٌٌر خرٌطة الطٌران داخل القارة األوروبٌة خاصة بعد إعالن عدد من الشركات األوروبٌة أخٌرا وفى وقت متقارب افالسها مما اثار حالة من القلق داخل سوق الطٌران األوروبى وخاصة فى المانٌا وبرٌطانٌا وروسٌا وذلك بعد أن أعلنت شركات «اٌربرلٌن» األلمانٌة و«مونارك إٌرالٌنز» البرٌطانٌة و«فٌم أفٌا» الروسٌة افالسهما. وكانت «إٌربرلٌن» ثانى أكبر شركة طٌران فى المانٌا قد أشهرت إفالسها منتصف أغسطس من العام الماضى بعد أن أعلنت شركة طٌران «اإلتحاد» اإلماراتٌة المساهم الرئٌسى فٌها عن توقف «الدعم المالى» للشركة األلمانٌة والتى لم تحقق أرباحا منذ عام ،2008وبلغت خسائرها العام الماضى فقط نحو 782ملٌون ٌورو وإنقاذا للشركة وافقت المفوضٌة األوروبٌة منتصف سبتمبر الماضى على خطة للحكومة األلمانٌة لمنح شركة إٌر برلٌن قرضا بقٌمة 150ملٌون ٌورو للسماح لها باإلستمرار فى مواصلة تسٌٌر رحالتها لمدة ثالثة أشهر ولحماٌة وظائف 7200موظف رٌثما تقوم ببٌع أصولها ،وأوضحت المفوضٌة أن هذا اإلجراء سٌسمح بإنهاء منظم لشركة الطٌران «المفلسة» دون خرق لقواعد المنافسة فى السوق األوروبٌة. كما جاء إعالن افالس شركة طٌران «مونارك» البرٌطانٌة والغائها رحالت لنقل أكثر من 100ألف راكب برٌطانى الى بالدهم لٌثٌر قلقا جدٌدا داخل سوق النقل الجوى فى برٌطانٌا وهو مادفع الحكومة هناك الى توفٌر بدائل على شركات طٌران برٌطانٌة أخرى لنقلهم. وتواصل مسلسل إفالس الشركات األوروبٌة ،حٌث أعلنت شركة الطٌران الروسٌة «فٌم أفٌا» فى منتصف سبتمبر من العام الماضى إفالسها مؤكدة أنها ال تمتلك أمواال لمواصلة العمل وهو ما جعلها تعلن أنها ستوقف رحالت الطٌرات العارض «الشارتر» بالشركة ولكنها ستستمر بتنفٌذ الرحالت «المنتظمة» فقط لحٌن إشعار آخر! ووصل األمر الى الحجز على طائرة تابعة لهذه الشركة الروسٌة فى أحد المطارات بالسعودٌة بسبب دٌون استحقت علٌها.

http://www.ahram.org.eg المنــع لٌـس حــال !.. جاء قرار السلطات األمنٌة بمطار القاهرة الدولى بإلغاء تصارٌح دخول الدائرة الجمركٌة للعام الحالى لصحفٌى المطار بمثابة صدمة لهم واعتبروه تراجعا كبٌرا فى حق الصحفى فى الحصول على المعلومات وفقا للدستور وفرضا لقٌود على عملهم بالمطار. والسؤال الذى ٌطرح نفسه ..لماذا ٌتم منع صحافة المطار من أداء مهمتها اآلن ..ولمصلحة من هذه األزمة ..وهل أصبح صحفٌو المطار فجأة ٌشكلون تهدٌدا لدرجة منعهم من دخول الدائرة الجمركٌة.. وهل هم أقل وطنٌة من العاملٌن فى مختلف الجهات واألجهزة العاملة بالمطار؟ ..اإلجابة بكل تأكٌد ال ..فصحفٌو المطار كانوا فى المقدمة دائما مع مختلف األجهزة فى التصدى لكل محاوالت النٌل من مكانة وسمعة مصر فى مجال الطٌران ولعل التداعٌات التى أعقبت حادث الطائرة الروسٌة على سبٌل المثال ال الحصر خٌر دلٌل على ذلك حٌث أدوا دورا وطنٌا فى دحض االدعاءات من جانب بعض الدول حول أمن المطارات المصرٌة وكان همهم األكبر تدعٌم منظومة الطٌران المصرى مثلما كان الحفاظ على األمن القومى للبالد نصب أعٌنهم فى كل هذه المواقف. وال ٌستطٌع أحد أن ٌنكر دور الصحافة الفعال فى تطوٌر منظومة الطٌران كلها وتسلٌط الضوء بموضوعٌة على االٌجابٌات لتعظٌمها والسلبٌات لعالجها. وإذا اعتقد أحد أنه بالمنع سوف ٌحجب الحقائق فإنه «واهم» بعد التطور المذهل لوسائل االتصال االجتماعً ..كما سٌفتح بابا لمزٌد من الشائعات فقد اصبح الموباٌل الموجود مع كل شخص وكالة انباء متحركة تنقل األخبار واألحداث مصورة بوجهات نظر قد تكون مغرضة! وٌشهد التارٌخ بأن صحافة المطار والتى بدأت فى ستٌنٌات القرن الماضى قامت على مدى أكثر من 50عاما ومازالت وستظل تقوم بدورها الوطنى والمهنى والذى ال تنكره أى جهة تعمل بالمطار وكانوا داعمٌن دائما لكل أجهزة األمن بمطار القاهرة طوال تارٌخهم مثلما كانت أجهزة األمن داعمة لهم كما شاركوا بدور بارز مع كتٌبة العمل بكل أجهزة المطار خالل ثورتى ٌ 25ناٌر و ٌ 30ونٌو وظلوا ٌمارسون عملهم حتى فى أوقات حظر التجوال وكان لهم دور مهم فى كشف الحقائق وكل ما شهده المطار من وقائع وأحداث مثٌرة كانت شاهدة على فترة عصٌبة من تارٌخ مصر. وٌهمنا هنا أن نؤكد أٌضا أنه إذا كان األمر ٌتعلق بأخطاء فردٌة ٌمكن أن تكون قد وقعت من جانب البعض وهذا وارد وقد ٌحدث أٌضا من جانب بعض العاملٌن فى بعض الجهات بالمطار ..فهل تمنع جهة بكاملها من دخول الدائرة الجمركٌة عقابا على أخطاء فردٌة ..إن التعامل مع األخطاء الفردٌة ٌجب أن ٌكون على قدر حجمها ودون منع للجمٌع ألن منع جمٌع الصحفٌٌن بهذه الصورة المحزنة» لٌس حال منصفا «لمن كانت وستظل مواقفهم الوطنٌة داعمة لمصرنا الغالٌة ولمنظومة الطٌران المصرى مهما حدث. ..وفى النهاٌة فإن «عالم المطارات» على ثقة من أن صوت العقل والحكمة هو الذى سٌعلو فى النهاٌة إلنهاء هذه األزمة فى ظل العالقات الوثٌقة التى تربط بٌن الصحافة وجمٌع أجهزة الدولة.

www.flightglobal.com United plans rapid growth through 2020 United Airlines unveiled plans to continue to grow capacity at an elevated rate through 2020, as it aims to catch up with domestic competitors. Capacity will increase 4-6% in 2018, 2019 and 2020, says Scott Kirby, president of United, during a quarterly earnings presentation on 23 January. "The opportunity at United is not about shrinking, it's about growing back to where United should have been if hadn't been negative 8% growth over the past [few] years," he says in an effort to pre-empt analyst questions about the high rate of growth. Kirby adds that the capacity growth is about catching up with competitors American Airlines and Delta Air Lines, which grew during the first half of the decade when United shrank by roughly 8%. Capacity at United grew 3.5% in 2017. US domestic growth will outpace international this year, says Kirby in response to analyst questions. Much of that will come from the influx of 41 50-seat regional jets, including both Bombardier CRJ200s and Embraer ERJ-145s, in 2018. These aircraft will allow United to return to small markets it cut when it shrank in the 2000s and after its merger with Continental Airlines in 2010. United also plans to add 24 aircraft to its mainline fleet in 2018. These include its first 10 Boeing 737 Max 9s, as well as four Boeing 777-300ERs and seven Boeing 787s. It will add three used Boeing 767-300ERs in the second half. Capital expenditures will total $3.6-3.8 billion in 2018. Unit costs (CASM) excluding fuel, special items, profit sharing and third-party expenses are forecast to be flat to down 1% in 2018. In the first quarter, United anticipates capacity to increased 3.54.5%, an investor update shows. Passenger unit revenue (PRASM) is forecast to be flat to up 2%, and CASM excluding fuel, special items, profit sharing and third-party expenses flat to up 1%. The airline anticipates a pre-tax margin of 0% for the period.

A hard landing in turbulence on 19 November 2017 resulted in substantial damage to a Virgin Australia ATR 72-600, says Australia investigators in a preliminary report. The turboprop was operating a scheduled service from Sydney to Canberra, and conducting a visual approach to runway 35, when the incident happened. There were 67 passengers and five crew onboard. At nine seconds prior to touch down the aircraft approached the runway at a height of about 107ft, slightly above the desired approach path, says the Australian Transport Safety Bureau. At this time the flight crew reported that there was turbulence and changing wind conditions. The calculated approach speed was supposed to be 113kt. Flight data showed that speed had increased to 127kt. In response, the first officer, who was the pilot flying, reduced power to near flight idle. Over the next five seconds, the descent rate increased significantly and the speed reduced. The ATSB adds that during the last 50ft of descent, the captain twice called for an increase in power and then a go-around. The first officer responded by raising the power at about the same time the aircraft touched down. The aircraft landed without further incident and no one was injured.

Damage to the tail skid indicates that it was fully compressed during landing. The aircraft's main landing gear oleo struts also remained fully compressed after landing, pointing to having lost gas pressure. Excursions of vertical acceleration in recorded data indicate that the aircraft encountered turbulence. At that time speed began to increase and both engines were reduced to near flight idle power. At touchdown, the descent rate was 928ft per minute, with a speed of 105kt. The peak recorded vertical acceleration during landing was 2.97G. Weather at the time of the incident shows scattered clouds at about 7,000ft above sea level, no precipitation, visibility in excess of 10km and a moderate north-easterly wind of about 16kt. The approach to runway 35 also passes over undulating higher ground which can be a source of mechanical turbulence. The bureau is continuing its investigation. Flight Fleets Analyzer shows that the 2013-built aircraft is owned by Commuter Aircraft Leasing 2017.

Flight Fleets Analyzer indicates that Etihad Cargo's five A330-200Fs have been put into storage. At least two of the five aircraft appear to have been flown to the United Arab Emirates airport of Al Ain earlier this month. But Etihad Airways stresses that its cargo division – which it credits with generating around $1 billion in annual revenue – is still operating, although it has not confirmed how many of its freighters are being used for regular services. "It is normal airline industry business practice to continuously review aircraft requirements and to make modifications to the fleet when and where necessary," the carrier states, without elaborating. Flight Fleets Analyzer lists all five of Etihad's Boeing 777Fs as active. The Abu Dhabi airline has focused its A330 freighter operations on European, Indian, Asia-Pacific and African destinations. It took delivery of its fifth A330-200F – registered A6-DCE – less than a year ago, towards the end of February 2017, complementing the fleet of 777Fs, which have typically been assigned to European, Chinese and African services and to destinations in the Americas. Hold space on Etihad's passenger services is also used by the cargo operation.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued an amended type certificate (ATC) to Boeing for the newest member of its Dreamliner family, the -10. This caps a successful ten-month flight test programme which started in March 2017 and involved three aircraft. Between them they accumulated around 900 hours during which the company‘s flight test team took the jets through a series of trials to confirm the type‘s handling, systems and overall performance. Other aviation regulatory agencies are expected to follow the FAA‘s lead and certify the aeroplane before it enters service. Brad Zaback, Vice President and General Manager of the 787 Program, remarked: ―We are pleased to have met the rigorous standards set forth by the FAA and are eager to bring the aeroplane to market for our customers. After years of design and testing, or team has proven the quality, safety and reliability of the newest member of the Dreamliner family. We look forward to seeing the jet in service later this year.‖ To date, Boeing has more than 170 orders for the 787-10 from nine customers and is expecting to make the first delivery to launch customer, Singapore Airlines, during the first half of the year.

The airport is already witnessing an influx of passengers and cargo traffic, Shreya Bhattacharya reports. When the first African Airshow at Kotoka International Airport kicked off in October 2017, the Ghana government‘s zeal and increased emphasis on presenting the region as the next aviation hub in West Africa was noticeably felt. Addressing the opening session of the airshow and exhibition, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo invited all to take advantage of the prevailing friendly environment and invest in the rapidly growing aviation sector. He said the government had successfully created the right conditions for the private sector to thrive in the aviation industry in order to propel growth and create employment, especially for the youth. With the government‘s push, Kotoka International Airport )KIA(, the country‘s only international airport, is fast becoming the regional hub for air travel in West Africa. Out of the first two passenger terminals, Terminal 1 serves primarily domestic and regional operators, while Terminal 2 serves international and long-haul operators. However, it was the rapidly growing passenger traffic that called for a third terminal to be built at the airport. The construction of the terminal is expected to make the country a destination of choice with a yearly target of 5 million passengers. The project has been funded by the African Development Bank (AfDB) with a $120-million facility. ―This terminal is being built for a successful economic future. Its large capacity is a confident statement of intent,‖ said AfDB president, Akinwumi Adesina during a recent tour of the project in Accra. ―This will help the economy and society of Ghana considerably through enhanced regional integration and employment,‖ Adesina added. The project is scheduled to be ready by April 2018. Designed for international traffic, the new terminal will comprise five levels spread across an area of 45,000 square metre. The terminal will feature six contact stands for Code E aircraft (Aircraft Gate Size Category) and two additional remote stands and will have capacity to process 1,250 passengers at peak hour, a large retail and commercial area, three business lounges, six fixed links and seven air bridges expandable to eight, and parking space with capacity to handle more than 700 cars.

The Ghana Airport Cargo Centre (GACC) is a 17,000 square metre of dedicated cargo warehousing facility, funded by a public private partnership (PPP), and is already handling 50 percent of the local air cargo market, having contracts with carriers such as KLM, Cargolux, Brussels Airlines, DHL and Turkish Airlines. A joint venture between Air Ghana and the Ghana Airports Company, the facility combines 8,000 square metres of dedicated warehouse with 9,000 square metres of office space, and is managed by Swissport Ghana and the GACC. The facility aims to increase cargo handling capacity at the airport from 50,000 tonnes a year to more than 70,000 tonnes annually. Talking about the facility‘s positive impact on AFKLMP Cargo, Manuel Weill –VP area Africa Caribbean Indian Ocean for the carrier said, ―The brand new state-of-the art cargo complex at Kotoka International Airport (KIA) bears offices, training rooms, packing space and a warehouse fully operational since March 2016. AFKL has joined the facility in September 2016. The on time cargo handling has smoothen our operations in such a way that we often do interline by bringing cargo from various countries of the region to connect on AFKL ex Kotoka and vice versa. We have also operated for a very first time a full AF B777Freighter on 19th September (2017) where we have loaded over 106 tonnes of fresh yams at once via CDG into the USA,‖ he added. Weill adds that the facility is equipped with the latest warehouse cargo handling equipments including X-ray scanners and a high level of security control, a 24/7 CCTV monitoring system, a fully automated storage and retrieval system accommodating 2,000 pallet positions, a mini-shipment tower with 5 tonnes capacity for all small packages, two cold stores with projections to build up a 3rd one, a temperature controlled area, a bullion store (strong Vault), DG packing area and numerous scales at city side and inside warehouse. Thanks to KIA‘s increasing profile, the airport has also been adjudged winner of the Airports Council International (ACI) Safety Awards - Best Improvement in Safety at the ACI World Conference and Annual General Meeting held in Mauritius in October, 2017.

KLM and Kenya Airways have signed an extended sales agreement for most European and Eastern African countries, which are the focus of the cooperation. Transport and Infrastructural Development Minister, Dr Joram Gumbo who toured the proposed site with a team of civil aviation experts yesterday, said the project will be undertaken at an estimated cost of $100 million. He also said they had acquired locomotives and coaches from South Africa, which will be delivered in two weeks' time, as part of efforts to revive the ailing National Railways of Zimbabwe (NRZ). "This is part of enhancing national development and unpacking opportunities in tourism, transport and logistics sectors. "I have brought a team of experts here and we have agreed on a site which is located 15km outside Beitbridge town. "We regard Beitbridge as a very important entry point in Zimbabwe. In actual fact it is the busiest port south of the Sahara and we want to make sure it is transformed to become an economic hub for both cargo and human traffic in the region," said Dr Gumbo. "This project we are visiting here today, is very important considering that very soon we will be rolling out the One Stop Border Post (OSBP) concept between Zimbabwe and South Africa at Beitbridge border post." He said Government was considering constructing the Beitbridge Airport under the build operate and transfer concept.

Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe general manager Mr David Chawota said relevant studies will now be undertaken for the Beitbridge Airport project implementation.

Qatar Airways (QR, Doha Hamad Int'l) Chief Executive Officer (COE) Akbar al Baker has confirmed the carrier has delayed delivery of its first A350-1000 until February. As the A350-1000's launch operator, the Qatari airline had been expected to add its first aircraft of the type by the end of 2017. However, speaking in Doha, al Baker said the current delay was caused by the installation of the ‗Qsuite' in business class which was taking longer than expected. The ―complex seat configuration‖ has had also had implications on the certification of the aircraft, he added. ―We will be taking delivery of this aircraft next month,‖ he was quoted by Reuters. Qatar Airways has thirty-seven A350-1000s on order from Airbus (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac). It already operates twenty-two A350-900s.

Frontier Airlines (F9, Denver Int'l) has signed long-term lease agreements with Air Lease Corporationfor two new A321200s. According to the US-based lessor, the aircraft are sourced from ALC's Airbus(AIB, Toulouse Blagnac) order book and will deliver during the fourth quarter of 2018. "These additional aircraft help pave the way for us to modernize and renew our fleet while helping us build a strong foundation for the future," Barry Biffle, president and CEO for Frontier Airlines, said in a statement. The Denver-based ULCC currently operates eighteen A319100s, twenty-four A320-200s, seventeen A320neo, and nineteen A321-200s to 80 destinations across the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, the Dominican Republic. It has a total of 180 A320neo and thirty-four A321neo on order from Airbus.
