سٌرت الشركة الوطنٌة مصر للطٌران الخمٌس 5رحالت إضافٌة متجهة إلى مطارات الكوٌت وعمان وبٌروت لتسفٌر وإعادة 1420مصرٌا من العاملٌن فى قطر. وأوضح مصدر مسئول بالمطار أن الشركة نقلت 780مصرٌا من مطار القاهرة الى المطارات القرٌبة من قطر كما وصل على متنها 520آخرٌن فى إطار تنفٌذ خطة مصر للطٌران بتسٌٌر رحالت إضافٌة لدولة الكوٌت إلعادة المصرٌٌن العاملٌن فى قطر والراغبٌن فى قضاء إجازاتهم فى مصر. وتقوم مصر للطٌران بتسٌٌر رحالت إضافٌة إلى دولة الكوٌت إلعادة المصرٌٌن العاملٌن فى دولة قطر بعد قرار السلطات المصرٌة بوقف الرحالت المباشرة من وإلى الدوحة. الجدٌر بالذكر أن مطار الكوٌت هى أقرب نقطاط للدوحة وٌقوم المصرٌٌن العاملٌن فى قطر من الراغبٌن فى العودة لقضاء إجازاتهم بالسفر إلى هذه المطارات وتنقلهم مصر للطٌران إلى القاهرة.

أخلت سلطات مطار القاهرة ،مركز عامر الدولً للتصدٌر بقرٌة البضائع ،مستندة لوجود مدٌونٌات على المركز وانتهاء العقد. وقال عبدالحمٌد عامر ،رئٌس المركز ،إن عملٌة اإلخالء تمت بالقوة دون سند قانونً وبقرار إداري دون االستناد إلى حكم قضائً بشكل تعسفً. وأضاف "عامر" ،أن أرض المركز بنظام حق االنتفاع ،وتم بناء وتجهٌز المركز بالكامل مشٌرا إلى أنه تم افتتاح المركز فً عام ،1997وتبلغ قٌمة المبنى على نفقته الخاصة، ً نحو 50ملٌون جنٌه

ولفت رئٌس مركز عامر الدولً إلى أن سلطات المطار دمرت معدات تتجاوز قٌمتها 20 ملٌون جنٌه خالل عملٌة اإلخالء ،والتً استمرت ألكثر من 9ساعات. "المركز ٌصدر الخضروات والفاكهة لمعظم األسواق األوروبٌة ،عالوة على تزوٌد مشٌرا إلى أن االستٌالء على المركز ٌُعطل شركات الطٌران بالوجبات"ٌ ..قول "عامر"، ً صفقات تورٌد تم توقٌعها مع عدٌد من الدول مما ٌُكبد المركز خسائر ضخمة. وأكد عامر ،أن من حقه التجدٌد لمدة 7سنوات إال أن شركة مٌناء القاهرة الجوي التفت حول بنود العقد لالستٌالء على المركز بدعوى مدٌونٌات رفضت تحصٌلها من مستحقاته لدٌها ،والتً تجاوزت 2ملٌون جنٌه ،على حد قوله. وأضاف أن المركز ٌعمل به نحو 100عامل وموظف عالوة على العمالة غٌر المباشرة من مزارعٌن وسائقٌن ،مشددًا على ضرورة أن تتحمل الدولة مسؤولٌاتها وتقف جانب المستثمرٌن الجادٌن ،تنفٌ ًذا لتوصٌات الرئٌس عبدالفتاح السٌسً فً دعم االستثمار واالهتمام بزٌادة معدالت التصدٌر لدفع عجلة النمو

الخطوط الجوٌة األمرٌكٌة تخطط لضرب شركات الطٌران الخلٌجٌة بقانون جدٌد
ستعد الكونجرس األمرٌكً إلى اقرار قانون ٌفرض ضرائب خاصة على الخطوط الجوٌة األجنبٌة المعفاة من الضرائب األساسٌة عند دخولها أجواء الوالٌات المتحدة ،األمر الذي ٌهدد شركات الخلٌج العربً فً منافستها مع شركات الطٌران األمرٌكٌة. وبموجب نص المرسوم الذي قدَّمه مجلس الشٌوخ ،والمنظور حال ًٌا أمام الكونجرس األمرٌكً ،فإن القوانٌن التً كانت لسنوات طوٌلة ُتعفً الخطوط الجوٌة األجنبٌة من موجه ومفاجئ”. الضرائب المفروضة على الشركات س ُتلغى بشكل “ ّ وٌنص المشروع ،على أنه إذا كانت شركات طٌران لدولة معٌنة مؤهلة لالستفادة من اإلعفاء ،فإن اتفاقٌة ضرٌبٌة جدٌدة مع الوالٌات المتحدة ستفرض علٌها ،وٌجب على الدولة تلك أن تستقبل على األقل رحلتٌن أسبوع ًٌا من شركات الخطوط الجوٌة األمرٌكٌة ،وبما ال ٌقل عن أرباح سنوٌة بقٌمة 1ملٌار دوالر. وبحسب ما أوردت وكالة "بلومبٌرج" االقتصادٌة فإن هذه اإلجراءات ستؤثر سل ًبا على شركات اإلمارات ،وطٌران االتحاد ،والخطوط القطرٌة ،التً تتصدر مؤشرات قطاع النقل الجوي العالمٌة بالرغم من الضغوط التً فرضتها اإلدارة األمرٌكٌة.

وأشارت الصحٌفة إلى أن اإلحباط الذي أل َّم بخطوط طٌران دلتا ،وشركة الطٌران القاري وواضحا ،ومن سا ً المتحد القابضة ،ومجموعة الخطوط الجوٌة األمرٌكٌة ،أصبح ملمو ً الصعب تما ًما المنافسة مع الخطوط الجوٌة فً الخلٌج العربً. وتوضح “بلومبٌرج” أن مجموعة الشراكة من أجل سماء مفتوحة وعادلة ،وهً مجموعة ضغط سٌاسً ،عملت على تقدٌم مسودة مشروع القانون ،بحجة أن الشركات الخلٌجٌة تعتمد على دعم حكوماتها ما ٌمنع من منافسة عادلة مع الشركات األوروبٌة والعالمٌة على ح ّد تعبٌرها.

أحبطت سلطات جمارك مطار القاهرة الدولً ،صباح الٌوم السبت ،محاولة لتهرٌب كمٌة من األقراص المخدرة "الترامادول ،وكونترمال" بحوزة راكب أثناء إنهاء إجراءات وصوله قادما من إٌطالٌا. وقالت مصادر جمركٌة بالمطار ،إنه أثناء إنهاء إجراءات وصول طائرة مٌرٌدٌانا القادمة من مٌالنو ،اشتبه فتحً فوزي ،مشرف الصالة والقائم بالضبط ،فً راكب ظهرت علٌه عالمات القلق واالرتباك ،وقرر عبدالحلٌم مصطفى ،مدٌر اإلدارة ،تشكٌل لجنة ضمت كال من مصطفى المشنب، وعبد المنعم المصرى ،ومصطفى دولة ،وأحمد نبٌل ،وأمل حسن ،مأموري الجمرك ،بإشراف حسن عبداللطٌف ،مشرف الصالة ،2لتفتٌش حقائب الراكب ،وعثر معه على كمٌة من الترامادول والكونترمال.
وأمر مدٌر عام جمارك الركاب بمبنً الركاب رقم 1بتحرٌر محضر للراكب ،وتسلٌم الراكب إلدارة مكافحة المخدرات بالمطار ،الستكمال باقى اإلجراءات القانونٌة.

IATA, African Development Bank sign MoU to advance Africa’s aviation The International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the African Development Bank (AfDB) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to establish a framework for collaboration to boost the aviation sector in Africa. The MoU was signed on the sidelines of the International Civil Aviation Organization World Aviation Forum Financing the Development of Aviation Infrastructure - in Abuja, Nigeria by IATA's Director General and Chief Executive Officer, Alexandre de Juniac, and African Development Bank President Akinwumi Adesina. Under the MoU, IATA and the AfDB will work in partnership to further Africa's economic and social development by helping build a safe, secure and efficient aviation industry. The two organizations commit to create and implement programs and projects, including technical cooperation for capacity building. Priority areas will include improving connectivity, safety and aviation infrastructure.

NewGen ISS Approved by PAConf, Will Modernize, Transform Agent-Airline Settlements The International Air Transport Association (IATA) announced that the Passenger Agency Conference (PAConf), composed of IATA's member airlines, adopted Resolutions for the full implementation of the New Generation of IATA Settlement Systems (NewGen ISS) initiative. NewGen ISS represents the most extensive and ambitious modernization of the IATA Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) since it was created in 1971 to facilitate the global distribution and settlement of funds between travel agents and airlines. Last year, the BSP processed $219 billion in airline funds with 100% on-time settlement. "Implementation of NewGen ISS is a critical step forward by the global air transport industry in ensuring that the BSP continues to serve the industry's financial settlement requirements for years to come. It is the culmination of a multi-year engagement with participants in the air travel value chain, including airlines, travel agents, and IT and system providers. It will bring greater options and flexibility to our travel agent partners, while providing even more financial security to airlines," said Aleks Popovich, IATA's Senior Vice President, Financial and Distribution Services.

(2) Last year, the PAConf approved the development and introduction of three pillars of NewGen ISS comprising: Three levels of travel agent accreditation, offering greater flexibility. Travel agents will be able to choose the model most applicable to their business, as well as to convert across models as their business evolves. IATA EasyPay - a voluntary pay-as-you-go e-wallet solution for issuance of airline tickets in the BSP that offers a lower cost per transaction. As a secure form of payment, IATA EasyPay transactions are not part of a travel agent's cash sales at risk. This allows travel agents a means to lower their financial security amounts held with IATA, and to issue transactions which are not included in their BSP remittance capacity. Global Default Insurance – an optional financial security alternative for travel agents that presents a cost effective and flexible alternative to bank guarantees and other types of security. Remittance Holding Capacity To these three pillars is now added a fourth. The Remittance Holding Capacity (RHC) is a risk management framework to enable safer selling and mitigate losses resulting from travel agency defaults. For the majority of travel agents, the RHC will be calculated based on the average of the three highest reporting periods of the previous 12 months plus 100%. Furthermore, measures will be available allowing travel agents to manage to their RHC, and to continue selling in a secure manner should their RHC ever be reached. A joint travel agent and airline group has been working collaboratively on RHC over the past year. .
(3) "Remittance Holding Capacity is about safer selling. Airlines have no desire to restrict or limit travel agent sales. At the same time it is important to have agreed-upon, prudential safeguards in place to protect airline revenues. The RHC levels are the outcome of a collaborative process involving airlines and travel agents, to ensure that travel agents have the flexibility they need, while protecting airline ticket sales," said Popovich. Transparency in Payments Additionally, the Resolution text incorporates provisions related to Transparency in Payments (TIP), a new industry initiative. TIP reveals the different features and costs associated with each form of payment and agent remittance of airline funds. As it stands today, airlines only see the settlement costs after the fact, if at all. No form of remittance is barred by TIP, but travel agents can only use those forms to which an airline has previously given consent. Importantly, TIP allows travel agents to use their own credit cards - previously not supported in the BSP -- if an airline consents. "Transparency in Payments provides a pro-competitive framework for bilateral arrangements between airlines and travel agents that will facilitate the introduction of new and Next Steps NewGen ISS and Transparency in Payments will be rolled out progressively from March 2018. Air Algérie caps hirings as foreign competition hits revenue

Bombardier prices its senior notes due 2024
Bombardier has successfully priced its previously announced offering of new senior notes. The US$1bn issuance of new senior notes due December 1, 2024, which carry a coupon of 7.50% per annum and will be sold at par. The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be used to finance a previously announced tender offer for all US$600 million aggregate principal amount outstanding of Bombardier’s 4.75% senior notes due 2019 and the remainder for general corporate purposes.
