مصدر :مقتحم طائرة مصر للطٌران القادمة من عمان ٌعانى المرض كتبت :نورهان خفاجى ذكر مصدر أمنى رفٌع المستوى ،أن الشخص الذي قام بمحاولة الدخول لكابٌنة طائرة مصر للطٌران ،القادمة من عمان ،كان متواجدا بدولة عمان منذ أسبوع. أوضح المصدر أنه تبٌن أن هذا الشخص ٌتناول أدوٌة عالجٌة مهدئة لعالج حالة مرضٌة ٌعانى منها ،وتسبب عدم تناوله لتلك األدوٌة ٌوم السفر ،إلى حدوث حالة هٌاج حادة له. كان مصدر مسبول داخل شركة مصر للطٌران قد صرح بؤن رحلة الشركة رقم MS931القادمة من مسقط بسلطنة عمان ،وهى من طراز البوٌنج،٧3٧/٨٠٠ وكان على متنها ٧٨راكبا ،قد وصلت إلً مطار القاهرة فً تمام الساعة الحادٌة عشرة صباح الٌوم ،بتؤخر حوالً أربع ساعات عن موعدها المحدد. وأشار "المصدر"،إلى أن راكبا مشاغبا تواجد فً الطابرة تسبب فً عودة الطابرة الً مطار مسقط مرة أخرى بعد إقالعها وتم تسلٌمه إلً السلطات العمانٌة بمطار مسقط الدولً.

أحدث التطورات بشأن اقتحام كابٌنة طائرة مصر للطٌران وعودتها إلى سلطنة عمان قالت مصادر لـ«المصري الٌوم» إن «الشخص الذي قام بمحاولة الدخول لغرفة الطائرة مصر للطٌران القادمة من مسقط إلى القاهرة كان متواجدًا بدولة عمان منذ أسبوع». وأضافت المصادر ،الثالثاء ،أنه «تبٌن أنه ٌتناول أدوٌة عالجٌة مهدبة لعالج حالة مرضٌه لدٌه ،وتسبب عدم تناوله لتلك األدوٌة فً ٌوم السفر إلى حدوث حالة هٌاج حادة له». وكانت الهٌبة المصرٌة العامة للكتاب ،أصدرت بٌا ًنا ،نفت فٌه ما ُنشر حول اقتحام أحد ممثلٌها فً وفد معرض مسقط للكتاب ،لكابٌنة طابرة شركة مصر ً كامال للطٌران القادمة من مسقط إلى القاهرة ،مإكدة أن وفدها الخاص وصل أمس اإلثنٌن ،وأن الشخص المذكور فً الواقعة لٌس ضمن وفدها. وعلمت «المصري الٌوم» من مصادر ّ مطلعة ،أن الشخص المسبول عن الواقعة هو أحد ممثلً دار الكتب والوثابق القومٌة فً معرض مسقط للكتاب المنتهً. وكانت مصادر مالحٌة ،قالت إن طابرة مصر للطٌران القادمة من سلطنة عمان إلى مصر عادت إلى عُمان بعد 26دقٌقة من إقالعها. وأرجعت «المصادر» السبب إلى أنه «أثناء رحلة مصر للطٌران بٌن مصر وعمان وبعد إقالعها من دولة عمان لمدة 26دقٌقة كان على متنها شخصٌن ٌعمالن فً الهٌبة العامة للكتاب ،قام أحدهما باالعتداء على طاقم الطابرة، وأصابته حالة هٌاج وحاول اقتحام كابٌنة الطابرة» ،وتمت السٌطرة على الموقف وعادت الطابرة إلى مطار دولة عمان بسالم ،وجارى اتخاذ اإلجراءات الالزمة حٌال من قبل السلطات العمانٌة.

وزٌر الطٌران :مشاركتنا فً بورصة برلٌن لدعم السٌاحة فً مصر أكد وزٌر الطٌران المدنً المهندس شرٌف فتحً أن مشاركة الوزارة فً بورصة السٌاحة ببرلٌن عنصر مكمل لصناعة السٌاحة فً مصر ،مشٌرا إلى حرصه على التواجد مع فرٌق العمل الخاص به للمشاركة فً هذا الحدث المهم. وقال وزٌر الطٌران ،فً تصرٌحات خاصة لمراسلة وكاله أنباء الشرق األوسط ببرلٌن":،إن تواجدنا مهم لكً نذلل العقبات ونبحث مع الجانب األلمانً سبل تعزٌز التعاون المشترك". وتابع :وصل تعداد السابحٌن األلمان إلى ملٌون و 234ألف سابح ،وسنعمل على زٌادة هذا العدد بنهاٌة العام الجاري" ،الفتا إلى أهمٌة ألمانٌا كشرٌك اقتصادي كبٌر لمصر التً تعد ثالث شرٌك اقتصادي أللمانٌا على مستوى المنطقة العربٌة والشرق األوسط . وشدد وزٌر الطٌران على ضرورة التوقف عن تردٌد عبارة "أمن المطارات" ألنها تصدر دعاٌة سلبٌة عن طبٌعة المطارات المصرٌة ،وقال :إن المطارات المصرٌة ٓ كانت ومازلت بخٌر وحققت أعلى الدرجات األمنٌة على مستوى العالم . وأضاف :أن القٌادة السٌاسٌة المصرٌة شددت على ضرورة أن تضاهً المطارات المصرٌة نظٌرتها العالمٌة ،فقمنا بتحقٌق استثمارات كبٌرة جدا فً مجال الطٌران واألجهزة الحدٌثة تخطت ٧٠ملٌون دوالر ،فضال عن تطبٌق البرنامج الوطنً ألمن الطٌران والصٌانة وتحدٌث المطارات وكل هذا حقق ثقة فً مستوى كفاءة المطارات المصرٌة وساهم فً تدفق أعداد كبٌرة من السابحٌن على مصر" . جاء هذا على هامش حفل استقبال إقامة سفٌر مصر لدى ألمانٌا بدر عبد العاطً للوفد المصري المشارك فً بورصة السٌاحة األلمانٌة (ITB####) #### والذي تبدأ أعمالها الٌوم األربعاء ،وٌضم وزٌرة السٌاحة الدكتورة رانٌا المشاط ووزٌر الطٌران شرٌف فتحً ومحافظ جنوب سٌناء اللواء خالد فوده ومحافظ البحر األحمر اللواء أحمد عبد هللا .

"سٌاحة النواب" تعنف مستشار وزٌر الطٌران وتصف كالمه بـ"التهرٌج كتبت :هبة أمٌن وصف نائب األقصر خالد مجاهد ،كلمات أمجد عارف مستشار وزٌر الطٌران المدنً ،بـ"التهرٌج" ،خالل اجتماع لجنة السٌاحة والطٌران المدنى بمجلس النواب ،الٌوم ،برئاسة النائبة سحر طلعت مصطفى ،المخصص؛ لمناقشة عدد من طلبات اإلحاطة بشأن تكرار حوادث رحالت البالون الطائر ،بحضور محافظ األقصر. وكان مستشار وزٌر الطٌران ،أكد أن قائدي البالون الطائر ٌخضعون لتدرٌبات داخل الشركات التابعة لهم ،وال تحصل الشركة على ترخٌص إال بعد الحصول على شهادة كفاءة. وتساءل النابب خالد مجاهد ،عن والٌة وزارة الطٌران المدنً على هذه الشركات وقابدي البالونات ،لٌرد مستشار الوزٌر ،بتؤكٌده أن هناك تفتٌش ٌتم بشكل دوري، وانفعل النابب غاضبا ً" :ال انت بتعتمد على الشركات وده ٌبقى تهرٌج". واعترض مستشار "الطٌران" على كلمة "تهرٌج " ،وتدخلت الناببة سحر طلعت مصطفى ربٌسة اللجنة بحذفها من المضبطة ،إال أنها أٌدت ماقاله النابب بقولها: "أضمن ازاي إن قابد البالون حصل على ساعات التدرٌب المتفق علٌها ،طالما لٌس تحت سٌطرة الطٌران المدنً بشكل كامل ،وازاي ٌتدرب فً نفس الشركة ،أضمن إزاي عدم المجاملة ،هذا أمر غٌر مقبول". والحقت التساإالت مستشار وزٌر الطٌران بشؤن الرقابة على البالون الطابر ،إال أن إجاباته لم تلق قبول من أعضاء اللجنة. وعقبت الناببة سحر طلعت مصطفى" :معندوش رد دلوقتً ،إحنا عاٌزٌن تقرٌر وافً ٌتضمن كل المعلومات عن البالون الطابر وقابدٌه وكل ماٌتعلق باألمور الفنٌة".

وأكدت "مصطفى" ،خالل اجتماع أهمٌة تجنب وقوع حوادث خالل فترة السدة الشتوٌة فى منطقة كوم أمبو حتى ال تتؤثر السٌاحة سلب ًٌا بسبب هذا األحداث ،خاصة فى الفترة من دٌسمبر حتى شهر فبراٌر كل عام وطالب األعضاء ،خاصة من مقدمى طلبات اإلحاطة ضرورة تطوٌر وتحدٌث نهر النٌل وإجراء عملٌات التكرٌك للنهر حتى ال تتكرر ،مثل هذه الحوادث محذرٌن من تكرار مثل هذه الحوادث على السٌاحة المصرٌة ،خاصة فى ظل عدم وجود تنسٌق بٌن الوزارات المختصة. وأكد محمد بدر محافظ األقصر ،أن الجمٌع مخطا ولٌس هٌبة النقل النهرى وحدها بسبب عدم ً ً مشٌرا إلى أن جمٌع التنفٌذٌٌن مشٌرا إلى أنه لم ٌبلغ بالسدة الشتوٌة، قٌامها بعملٌات التكرٌك، أخطبوا ولٌس هٌبة النقل النهرى وحدها خاصة أن هذه المشكلة استمرت على مدى ٨سنوات، وقال "بدر" ٌجب التعاون والتنسٌق بٌن جمٌع الجهات التنفٌذٌة لحل مثل هذه المشكالت التى تتكرر سنوٌا وأنه ٌجب أن توفٌر الموارد المالٌة لهٌبة النقل النهرى للقٌام بعملٌات التكرٌك مإكدا أن إٌرادات المحافظات محدودة للغاٌة ،وال توجد موارد ذاتٌة لدى المحافظات وال تدخل المحافظات أى موارد مالٌة من اآلثار . وعقبت الناببة سحر طلعت مصطفى عن أملها فى حل مثل هذه المشكالت ،وأن ٌكون هناك تنسٌق بٌن جمٌع الوزارات المختصة حتى ال تتكرر ظاهرة شحوط الفنادق السٌاحٌة العابمة، مإكدة أنه سٌتم تخصٌص جلسات داخل لجنة السٌاحة والطٌران المدنى ،لمناقشة مستقبل السٌاحة فى األقصر وأسوان ،إضافة إلى قٌام اللجنة بزٌارة لمحافظتى األقصر وأسوان لمتابعة مشكالت قطاع السٌاحة على أرض الواقع.

الملف مازال مفتوحا ً.. لماذا لم تستأنف الرحالت بٌن موسكو والقاهرة حتى اآلن ؟ كتب :أشــرف الحـدٌدى
ٌبدو أن ملف استبناف الرحالت الروسٌة لمصر سٌظل واحداً من الملفات المثٌرة للجدل والحٌرة بٌن خبراء الطٌران والسٌاحة والرأى العام رغم أنه شهد انفراجة منتصف دٌسمبر الماضى بتوقٌع بروتوكول أمنى بٌن البلدٌن والذى أعطى الضوء األخضر لعودة «حركة الطٌران» بٌن موسكو والقاهرة اعتباراً من أول فبراٌر الماضى للرحالت «المنتظمة» فقط لشركتى مصر للطٌران وإٌروفلوت الروسٌة على أن تتخذ كل منهما قرارها بالتشغٌل وفق األسس التجارٌة التى تناسبها. ورغم علمنا بؤن قرار «التشغٌل الفعلى» متروك لشركتى الطٌران وفق الجدوى اإلقتصادٌة فإن الواقع ٌشٌر الى وجود «عقبات» تحول دون استبناف الرحالت حتى اآلن حٌث أعلن الجانب الروسً موعد تشغٌل الرحالت بٌن موسكو والقاهرة فى 6 فبراٌر الماضى ثم التؤجٌل الى 2٠منه ثم تؤجل للمرة الثالثة وانتهى فبراٌر دون بدء الرحالت أوتحدٌد موعد جدٌد الستبنافها حتى اآلن ..فماذا ٌحدث ؟ الموقف الحالى ٌثٌر التساإل والغموض حول أسباب التؤخٌر .ومدى جدٌة استبناف الرحالت ..فهل شركة «إٌروفلوت» الروسٌة غٌر جاهزة للتشغٌل حتى اآلن رغم إعالن الجانب الروسى مواعٌد للتشغٌل ثم تؤجٌلها أكثر من مرة ..وهل تم إدراج رحالتها بٌن «موسكو ــ القاهرة» فى أنظمة الحجز بها والٌوجد عدد مناسب من الركاب لتشغٌل الرحالت ..أم ال .؟ أما مصر للطٌران فؤكدت أنها فً انتظار إنهاء بعض اإلجراءات الخاصة بتشغٌل رحالتها وسٌتم وضع الرحالت علً أنظمة الحجز لبداٌة التشغٌل الفوري دون توضٌح ماهٌة هذه اإلجراءات وهل تتعلق بالجانب المصرى أم الروسى؟ ولكن المإكد أنها جاهزة لبدء رحالتها لموسكو ..فلماذا التسمح السلطات الروسٌة لمصر للطٌران بتشغٌل رحالتها إذا كانت «إٌروفلوت» غٌر جاهزة للتشغٌل .. !.أم أن هناك أسبابا أخرى للتؤجٌل غٌر معلنة! وهل من بٌن هذه األسباب ــ كما ٌقول خبراء الطٌران -مطالبة الجانب الروسً لمصر للطٌران بترجمة بعض المستندات ووثابق تشغٌل وتؤمٌن رحالتها لموسكو الى «اللغة الروسٌة» وهو مطلب ٌراه بعض الخبراء غرٌبا ً حٌث رإن جمٌع المستندات المقدمة من الشركات لسلطات الطٌران بالدول التى ستسٌر الٌها رحالت تكون باللغة اإلنجلٌزٌة..

وهل عدم تحدٌد شركة أمن خاصة حتى اآلن «لمتابعة» اجراءات تؤمٌن الرحالت بٌن موسكو والقاهرة ..أم أن عدم وجود اتفاقٌات حول الخدمات األرضٌة لشركات الطٌران بالدولتٌن ــ حسبما ذكر وزٌر النقل الروسى الروسً ــ هو فقط وراء التؤخٌر! ..وهل سننتظر لحٌن انتهاء االنتخابات الرباسٌة الروسٌة لتشغٌل الرحالت .؟..أٌضا ً ٌتساءل الخبراء عن مطالبة الجانب الروسى بؤن تقلع رحالت مصر للطٌران الى موسكو فقط وعددها «ثالث» رحالت اسبوعٌا ً من «مبنى »2بمطار القاهرة بٌنما جمٌع رحالت الشركة لدول العالم تقلع من «مبنى »3حٌث ٌرون أنه عبء تشغٌلى ومادى على مصر للطٌران و «تقسٌم» غٌر مبرر فى نظم تشغٌل أى شركة طٌران. لكل ذلك ٌرى الخبراء أن حالة من عدم الوضوح تسٌطر على ملف استبناف الرحالت ..وال ندرى حالة الصمت تجاه هذا الملف من جانب بعض مسبولى الطٌران فى مصر دون أى توضٌح أوتصرٌح بشؤنه إال نادراً وقد ٌكتفى المسبولون فى مصر بالتعلٌق «أحٌانا» على التصرٌحات التى تصدر «بصفة دابمة» من موسكو! وما بالنا بعودة الرحالت «الشارتر» الروسٌة للمدن السٌاحٌة المصرٌة وتمثل نحو %٩٠من السٌاحة الروسٌة الى مصر والمإجلة لجولة من المفاوضات ــ ولٌس استبنافها ــ فى أبرٌل المقبل مما ٌجعل بدء رحالت «الشارتر» غٌر ممكن قبل الموسم الشتوى المقبل وفقا لتقدٌرات الخبراء ..ومن هنا البد من وقفة صرٌحة إلعالن أسباب تؤخٌر استبناف الرحالت بكل شفافٌة للرأى العام ..ومن الجانب المسبول عن التؤخٌر حتى النظل ندور فى دابرة مفرغة من االجتهادات والتكهنات بشؤن هذا الملف الذى أصبح واحداً من أكثر الملفات غرابة وغموضا للخبراء والرأي العام ..فهل نجد إجابات واضحة ..دعونا ننتظر!

16ملٌار دوالر عائدات تطوٌر المالحة الجوٌة بالشرق األوسط كشف تقرٌر صادر عن إحدى الشركات العالمٌة المتخصصة فى إدارة الحركة الجوٌة أن اقتصادات منطقة الشرق األوسط ٌمكنها توفٌر نحو 16ملٌار دوالر على مدى السنوات العشر المقبلة من خالل تحدٌث خدمات المالحة الجوٌة. جاء التقرٌر ـ الذى ٌعتبر األول من نوعه حول تؤثٌر االستثمار فى مراقبة الحركة الجوٌة فى الشرق األوسط لٌبٌن أن اساطٌل الطابرات فى منطقة الشرق األوسط ستنمو بمعدل سنوى ٌزٌد على %1٠خالل العقد المقبل ،ومع اإلزدحام المتزاٌد الذى تتعرض له األجواء اإلقلٌمٌة للمنطقة فمن الممكن خفض نفقات التشغٌل من خالل تجنب زٌادة معدالت التؤخٌر فى رحالت الطٌران وإنشاء طرق جوٌة جدٌدة. وٌشٌر التقرٌر إلى أنه على الرغم من النمو الهابل فى مجال الطٌران ،فإن المجال الجوى المتاح فى المنطقة لم ٌواكب هذا النمو ،باإلضافة إلى ذلك فإن ما ٌقارب من نصف المجال الجوى فى الشرق األوسط قد ٌحظر الطٌران فٌه ألسباب عسكرٌة، فضال عن أن كثرة عملٌات تسلٌم الطابرات التى تتم بٌن سلطات المراقبة الجوٌة المختلفة بالمجال الجوى بالشرق األوسط ٌزٌد من معدالت التؤخٌر.

رحلة طٌران موجعة كتب :أسامة غرٌب كنت أجلس فى الطائرة المزدحمة أتلفت حولى بحثا ً عن صف من الصفوف ٌكون خالٌا ً أو ٌجلس به راكب واحد حتى أتمكن من ترك مكانى والفرار إلى حٌث أستطٌع أن أفرد عمودى الفقرى المضغوط. كانت الطائرة تكتظ بالركاب ،ومن الواضح أن شركة الطٌران قد مألت الفراغات كلها بالمقاعد فى هذه الطائرة العمالقة وأزالت الصفوف التى تضم فى العادة ثالثة مقاعد متصلة لتجعل منهم أربعة ،كما قامت بتضٌٌق المسافات بٌنك وبٌن المقعد الذى أمامك والذى خلفك لدرجة أن الرجل الذى ٌعطٌنى قفاه عندما أمال مقعده للخلف فإنه كاد ٌطبق على ضلوعى ،واألنكى أن مقعدى كان ٌتوسط الصف ،فإلى ٌمٌنى راكب وإلى ٌسارى اثنان .كانت المضٌفة تمر لتتؤكد من ربط الجمٌع أحزمة المقاعد ،بٌنما كان حزامى مفكوكا ً لٌسمح لى بلوى عنقى حتى أستكشف إذا كان هناك خرم إبرة ٌمكننى االنتقال إلٌه بعٌداً عن هذه الخنقة .سؤلت المضٌفة إذا كان هناك فى الخلف البعٌد أماكن خالٌة فؤشارت إلى وجود أربعة ركاب زٌادة على عدد المقاعد ٌجوبون الطابرة بحثا ً عن أماكن لهم بعد أن وجدوا أن مقاعدهم قد أخذها آخرون! .لم أصدق نفسى وأنا أنظر لهذه الطابرة التى ركبتها من هذه المدٌنة الخلٌجٌة للذهاب إلى لندن، ولم أفهم كٌف تزعم هذه الشركة لنفسها الرٌادة وكٌف تمأل إعالناتها الصحف العربٌة بحسبانها قد حصلت على جابزة الناقل رقم واحد فى العالم ألعوام كذا وكذا وكذا .طبعا ً أنا بحكم خبرتى أفهم أن حكاٌة أفضل شركة طٌران لهذا العام هى قصة وهمٌة ،إذ إن بعض المجالت المهتمة بؤخبار السفر هى التى ترسى العطاء كل عام على الشركة التى تدفع لها فلوسا أكثر أو تقوم بعمل إعالنات ملٌونٌة كثٌفة.. ورغم ذلك كله فإننى كنت أعتقد أن الشركة التى تحصل على درجة امتٌاز بالمجاملة هى على األقل تستحق درجة جٌد فى واقع األمر ،لكن ما أراه اآلن ال ٌمنحها على سلم اإلجادة والتمٌز سوى ضعٌف جداً ،ألنه حتى شركات أوروبا الشرقٌة فى ذروة شٌوعٌتها لم تكن تقلص مساحات الكراسى على هذا النحو المإلم ،وكذلك شركات الطٌران منخفضة التكلفة التى صارت تمأل العالم والمعروفة بؤنها ال تقدم أطعمة وتتقاضى أجراً عن حقٌبة الراكب ..حتى هذه الشركات تسمح بحٌز آدمى للتحرك وال تخرج عن المعٌارٌة المتعارف علٌها بخصوص أبعاد الكرسى وطوله وعرضه! المشكلة أن الرحلة إلى لندن من هنا تستغرق حوالى سبع ساعات ،وهى مدة كفٌلة بؤن تكسر عنقى وتدق فقراته المتآكلة .األلعن أن الركاب من حولى قد راح أغلبهم فى النوم بعد أن أقلعت الطابرة ولم ٌعد بإمكانى أن أخرج إلى الممر ألتمشى وأفرد جسمىٌ ..ا هللا ..لقد طلبت من موظفة الكاونتر أن تمنحنى كرسى على الممر وأكدت علٌها ذلك، لكن الشرٌرة تالعبت بى ومنحتنى مقعداً داخلٌا ً مزعجا ً .حاولت أن أسند ٌدى الٌمنى على ذراع المقعد فوجدته مشغوالً ،واألمر هو نفسه بالنسبة للذراع على ٌسارى ،األمر الذى أرغمنى على االنكماش الذى ٌوجع فقراتى وغضارٌفى ..قفز إلى رأسى سإال قررت أن أشغل نفسى به حتى ٌمضى الوقتَ :من ِمن الراكبٌن هو صاحب الحق القانونى فى ذراع المقعد المشترك بٌنهما ..هل هناك من ٌعرف اإلجابة؟

خالل أٌام ..تجربة هبوط بمطار سفنكس استعدادًا الفتتاحه كتب :محمود السعدى صرح مصدر مسئول بوزارة الطٌران المدنً ،بأن وفدًا رفٌع المستوى من الشركة القابضة للمطارات والمالحة الجوٌة والشركة المصرٌة للمطارات سٌقوم بمتابعةومشاهدة إجراء تجربة هبوط بطائرة من طراز إٌرباص 330فى مطار سفنكس الدولً خالل األٌام القلٌلة المقبلة ،لمتابعة ومشاهدة آخر االستعدادات التً وصل إلٌها المطار الجدٌد قبٌل افتتاحه خالل الشهرٌن المقبلٌن. وأضاف المصدر فى تصرٌحات خاصة لـ"الدستور" ،أن وفد وزارة الطٌران المدنً سٌتفقد صاالت والسفر والوصول ومهبط الطابرات والجهات واإلدارات والقطاعات التى استلمتها بعض الجهات والشركات العاملة بمطار سفنكس ،استعدادا للتشغٌل التجرٌبً. وأوضح أن المطار ٌتكون من مبنى الصالة الربٌسً وبرج المراقبة الجوٌة و 42مبنى خدم ًٌا على مساحة 26ألف متر ،كما تم إنشاء 4مبان كمحطات للكهرباء الفرعٌة ومبنى لألرصاد الجوٌة ومسجد وجراج ٌستوعب مبات السٌارات. وأضاف أن المبنى الربٌسً ٌتكون من صالة للسفر وأخرى للوصول وصالة لكبار الزوار، ً فضال عن وجود مكاتب إدارٌة للجوازات ومنطقة جمارك وأمن الموانا تم إنشاإها على مساحة 4آالف و 5٠٠متر مربع ٌستوعب حوالً 3٠٠راكب فى الساعة ،كما تم إنشاءبوابة ربٌسٌة للمطار تقع على طرٌق القاهرة إسكندرٌة الصحراوي. وٌؤتً مطار سفنكس والذي ٌقع غرب القاهرة ،ضمن مطارات التنمٌة المستدامة التى تهدف إلٌها الدولة المصرٌة إلنشابها خالل المرحلة المقبلة ،حٌث قامت الهٌبة الهندسٌةبالقوات المسلحة بإنشابه بالتنسٌق مع الشركة المصرٌة لالستثمارات بتكلفة بلغت حوالً 3٠٠ملٌون جنٌه ،وٌهدف إلى تخفٌف الضغط على مطار القاهرة الدولً ،وخدمة الفٌوم 6 ،أكتوبر، والشٌخ زاٌد ،وبنى سوٌف ،والمنٌا ،واستقبال رحالت"الشارتر" غٌر المسموح لها بالهبوط بمطار القاهرة. كما أنه ٌتواجد قرب بعض المناطق األثرٌة والسٌاحٌة بالجٌزة مما ٌكون له أثر إٌجابً على السٌاحة المصرٌة عقب افتتاحه فضال عن خدمة سٌاحة الٌوم الواحد ،كما سٌتم توسٌع مشروع قرٌة البضابع الكابنة به. وكان الربٌس عبدالقتاح السٌسً قد أصدر قرارا بإنشاء 5مطارات مدنٌة لتدعٌمالتنمٌة المستدامة.

The plane appears to have been flying from Oman's capital Muscat to Cairo, Egypt, when the incident took place. An EgyptAir plane was reportedly disrupted by an 'agitated' passenger mid-flight Just 26 minutes into the four-hour flight the distressed passenger is said to have attacked crew before he was safely apprehended. It is believed the plane is being landed in the Jordanian capital Amman airport, where authorities are investigating. In 2016 EgyptAir flight MS804 from Paris to Cairo crashed into the Mediterranean. Sixty-six passengers were killed in the crash, which French authorities believed may have been caused by the pilot charging his iPad in the cockpit.

EgyptAir passenger on Muscat-Cairo flight assaults crew CAIRO — A passenger on an EgyptAir flight from the Gulf state of Oman to Cairo assaulted crew members on Tuesday but was quickly overpowered and handed over to authorities, Egyptian aviation officials said. The Boeing 737-800 with 78 passengers returned to Muscat, Oman’s capital, 30 minutes after it took off from there, and the crew handed over the passenger to the police. The plane later left for Cairo, arriving four hours behind schedule. According to the officials, the passenger, identified as Egyptian national Mohammed Attiya Ashour, was not armed. The incident unfolded shortly after takeoff, when the man began to shout ―Allahu akbar,‖ or ―God is great‖ in Arabic and demanded to enter the cockpit. He was wrestled down by the flight’s two air marshals and crew members. The flight’s chief cabin steward was slightly injured in the head during the scuffle, the officials said. Egyptian authorities have questioned the crew and other passengers about the incident after they arrived back in Cairo. It was unlikely that the incident was terrorism-related, said the officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak to the media.

Emirates unveils more spacious Business Class seats on Boeing 777 aircraft Emirates has unveiled a brand new Business Class cabin and configuration on its Boeing 777-200LR aircraft, with new wider seats laid out in a 2-2-2 configuration for the first time. According to a statement issued by the airline on Monday, Emirates has invested over $150 million to refurbish the 10 existing 777200LR aircraft in its fleet. The newly refurbished Emirates 777-200LR aircraft is set in a twoclass configuration which offers 38 Business Class seats and 264 seats in Economy Class - while the Business Class seats are in the same design and shape of Emirates' latest lie-flat seats, they are now two inches wider for a more comfortable journey. The seats retain the champagne coloured finish and diamond stitch pattern on the full leather cover, and the ergonomically designed headrest revealed on Emirates' newest Boeing 777 in November. Business class The Business Class seat has a pitch of 72 inches and moves into a fully flat sleeping position. It also has touchscreen controls for the seat and inflight entertainment system, several personal lighting options, privacy panels between seats among other features. Overhead bins in centre of the cabin have been removed for an airier and more spacious feel on board. The cabin boasts electronic windows and the largest personal in-flight entertainment (IFE) screens in Business Class at 23 inches wide. The cabin also features the Ghaf tree - considered the national tree of the United Arab Emirates, and now a signature design on the latest Emirates aircraft. In addition, the new Business Class cabin features a social area unique to the Boeing 777-200LR fleet - with a mini lounge area offering various snacks and beverages. The aircraft is also equipped with Wi-Fi and Live TV across all classes.

Thieves steal RM19.5mil cash from Lufthansa plane in Brazil The Viracopos International Airport in Sao Paulo, Brazil. - Facebook/Aeroporto Internacional de Viracopos SAU PAULO: A group of thieves stole US$5mil (RM79.52) in cash, which had been due to travel from Brazil to Switzerland aboard a Lufthansa jet, at a large freight airport near Sao Paulo, police said on Monday (March 5). The spectacular heist, which took place late Sunday, was completed in a matter of minutes, and authorities have yet to arrest a suspect. The crooks entered Viracopos International Airport's freight terminal using a pickup on which they had "placed stickers mimicking the runway security company's logo," federal police said in a statement. Germany-based Lufthansa's plane had been travelling from Guarulhos airport in Sao Paulo and was making a stop at Viracopos – Brazil's biggest freight terminal – with Zurich as its final destination. The stolen money had been held under the auspices of secure transport provider Brinks, according to the Folha de Sao Paulo newspaper. The daily said five men had threatened security agents on the runway before taking off with the cargo, in barely six minutes.

Ramaphosa uses controversial businessman Zunaid Moti's private jet for official trip President Cyril Ramaphosa arrives in Gaborone, Botswana for a working visit. (Twitter) Johannesburg - When President Cyril Ramaphosa landed in Botswana this last weekend for his first official visit, he flew there in a private jet owned by the Moti Company because the presidential jet is once again in for repairs. In a picture posted on his official Twitter account, Ramaphosa showed himself arriving in Gaborone, with a Bombardier aircraft in the background. The plane had the Moti insignia on its side. Moti is a mining and property company owned by Zunaid Moti, a businessman who is no stranger to controversy. It has been in the news recently when British peer Peter Hain announced that he had been appointed as a special advisor for the Moti Group of companies. The Moti company is allegedly close to Zimbabwe's new president. News24 recently reported that Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa had allegedly helped facilitate a chrome deal with Moti’s company, Africa Chrome Fields. Moti told News24 that their company has a number of planes which are hired out by Execujet and the National Airways Corporation (NAC) for commercial use. Moti said Execujet and the NAC, in turn, hire out the planes to the South African Air Force, which uses them to fly businessmen and ministers, as well as the heads of state of a number of countries.

Airlink suspends Pretoria-CT flights to stem losses In order to stem losses, Airlink will suspend services on the Pretoria-Cape Town route from May 8 2018, the airline announced on Tuesday. The airline's CEO Rodger Foster said in a statement it was not a decision taken lightly, but after almost three years, the route has not developed as was expected it would. ―Sadly, the route has not become profitable, despite our collaborative best efforts – including significant marketing initiatives by the City of Tshwane, to promote the connection. The combination of operational constraints on the size of aircraft that can be used on the route and the poor state of the economy have not helped,‖ explained Foster. ―A compounding factor has been government’s understandable and commendable belt-tightening efforts, which include cutbacks in government-related travel.‖ The flight between Wonderboom and Cape Town started in August 2015 and was mainly aimed at Tshwane-based government officials, private sector businesses and leisure travellers, according to the airline. Until recently, Airlink operated up to four daily return flights on the route, using a combination of 83-seat Avro RJ85 and 37seat Embraer ERJ135LR regional jets. ―We are not closing the door, as we believe the Pretoria-Cape Town connection is important and could potentially be viable in the future. With this in mind, we will continually re-assess the market and the economy so that we can resume the service when the conditions are conducive,‖ said Foster.

Competition Commission Airlink and Safair announced in February that they are disappointed that the Competition Commission did not approved the proposed Airlink acquisition of Safair. The two independent SA aviation groups approached the Commission in November last year for approval to unite under the common umbrella of the Airlink group of companies. The proposal submitted to the Commission was that the Airlink and low-cost FlySafair airlines as well as Safair’s other businesses would continue to operate separately under their unique brands. No job losses were foreseen because of the proposed consolidation. The airlines indicated on Friday that they do not agree with the decision and will approach the Competition Tribunal to consider its application. Airlink CEO Rodger Foster previously explained that the acquisition would bring opportunities to reduce combined costs and position the businesses for growth. At the same time connectivity would be increased. In his view the deal would make air travel accessible and affordable across Southern Africa

The move marked the beginning of an aggressive hunt for cost savings and premium passengers, after years of losses following a slump in tourism and large debts incurred to buy new aircraft. Polish native Mikosz, who helped turn around flag carrier LOT Polish Airlines as its chief executive, needs to stem those losses before it can begin to pay down $2bn of debt restructured in November to stave off the airline's collapse. He told Reuters he plans to roll out a new economy plus class by the end of the year designed for business and wealthy leisure travellers, including growing numbers of American tourists and executives from dozens of Nairobi-based U.S. firms. Coming first to wide-bodied planes, it will mean new seats with the same capacity by using space between them. "We are working on a pretty big reshape of the onboard experience," Mikosz said. The airline also plans a direct route to the Indian Ocean luxury tourism island of Mauritius and the first direct flight from Nairobi to New York by any airline from October, a plan Mikosz said was known as the "$100 million project" for the revenue the daily flight is expected to bring in. Video: All-women crew operates Emirates flight Dubai airline Emirates has carried out a flight operated and prepared entirely by women to mark International Women’s Day. The carrier said female employees carried out all key activities for A380 flight EK225 from Dubai to San Francisco, acting as pilots and crew and leading ground activities before departure in Dubai. The flight was piloted by captain Patricia Bischoff from Canada and first officer Rebecca Lougheed from the UK with cabin crew led by the purser Weronica Formela from Poland. On the ground women took roles spanning from customer service to passenger duty service, ramp operations, catering, cargo, flight dispatch, security, technical and engineering. In total 75 women from more than 25 nationalities worked on the flight. ―Emirates is proud that we have women represented in all these key functions,‖ said Abdulaziz Al Ali, Executive Vice president of human resources at Emirates. ―Women have been part of the Emirates success story from the start and on International Women’s Day we celebrate their extensive contribution to Emirates and to the broader aviation industry.‖

Nor'easter: 1,700+ flights already canceled through Thursday; more likely Airlines have already begun canceling flights ahead of the latest nor’easter to menace the Northeast. More than 1,600 flights have been preemptively grounded for Wednesday and another 180 on Thursday, flight-tracking service FlightAware counted as of 10:35 p.m. ET on Tuesday. Combined, about 500 of those came on JetBlue, which operates its busiest bases at New York JFK and Boston. The wave of preemptive cancellations comes as the second powerful nor'easter in a week takes aim at the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Winds aren't expected to be as strong as in last week's storm – which forced airlines to cancel 4,000 flights – but snow is expected be heavier and fall over a larger, more populated area. Among the cities expected to receive significant snow accumulations are New York, Philadelphia and Boston. Not surprisingly, many of the preemptive cancellations announced so far have come at airports serving those cities. The cheaper tickets, which do not include checked luggage or seat selection, are already available on its short-haul services, but the move will see BA go head-to-head with the likes of low-cost trailblazer Norwegian on key routes to North America. ―In April 2018, we will be introducing a new long-haul basic economy fare on selected transatlantic routes,‖ said BA in a statement. ―The new fare will give customers a lower price point and more choice.‖ While checked luggage and seat selection will cost extra, as it does with low-cost airlines like Norwegian and Iceland-based WOW air, passengers will still get a free meal – something neither Norwegian or WOW offers. The rub, of course, will be whether BA can match them on price. Full details of fares, as well as the routes on which they will be available, will be announced in the coming weeks, but, if the carrier’s shorthaul services are a reliable guide, fliers can expect to save between 10 and 20 per cent by opting for ―basic‖. So while BA’s new fare will include a few more frills - including free food - it looks unlikely to cut the cost of reaching many of the US destinations to which Norwegian flies – namely Boston, Denver, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Las Vegas, LA, New York, Austin, Chicago, San Francisco and Seattle.

There’s a significant catch, however. All services from the UK include a stopover in Reykjavik. Level, meanwhile, owned by BA’s parent company IAG, launched last year offering low-cost flights from Europe to Boston, LA, Newark, Oakland and Montreal (as well as Punta Cana and Buenos Aires). The only problem for British fliers? It is based in Barcelona (and, from July 2018, Paris). There’s also Primera Air, founded in Iceland, headquartered in Latvia, and with a Danish operating license (which makes things very confusing). Services from Stansted to Toronto, Boston and New York are starting in April, and one to Washington DC is coming in the summer. A route from Birmingham to New York is also on the cards.
