The most populated nation in the world is China, with over 1.3 billion people. The least populated territory in the world is Pitcairn, with only 48 people. Pray for both large and small populations to come to know Jesus!

1.) What should you do if you get lost in the bush? A.) Climb a hill to get a better view of the area around you. B.) Stay where you are and wait for someone to find you. C.) Keep walking until you find your camp.

Pray for the Lord to help and comfort children who are needy, hungry, and do not have a place to live.

The highest point on earth is Mount Everest in Nepal (29,029 feet above sea level). The lowest point on land on earth is the Dead Sea on the border of Israel and Jordan (1,388 feet below sea level). Find these nations on the map and pray for the people who live there!

2.) What is the best way to keep from getting lost? A.) Always carry a map and compass B.) Always carry a mobile phone. C.) Always stay with your group and never wander off alone.

Pray for Christians in nations where they are not allowed to worship Jesus freely.

Answers: 1.) b. It is best to wait where you are for people to come and find you. 2.) c. Be sure that you always stay with your group. Going somewhere by yourself can be dangerous!

Pray for orphans who live in other nations.

Pray for people who will hear about Jesus for the first time today. Pray for God to bring peace to nations that are at war.

While we can get physical directions using a compass, our spiritual directions come from the Bible, God’s Word. Don’t forget to read your Bible every day! “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.” Psalm 119:105 (niv)

MOSI

Every Home for Christ exists to serve the Church to reach every home on earth with the Gospel. Adventures in Prayer© is published by Every Home for Christ, a Christian ministry working in more than 100 countries.

This map is a tool to help you remember to pray for your family, your nation, your president, and all the nations of the world in one month. Begin each day with Step 1 and follow through all the steps!

SOFIA

God hears your prayers and wants to hear from you.

Just begin. You’re important!

The world is a huge place with more than 200 countries and a total population of 7 billion people! 2.2 billion children live in the world, and the number gets bigger every day. Some kids look like you— same color hair, same color eyes, same color skin. Some look very different from you, and they dress differently than you do. Some live in cities and some are nomadic (constantly moving around and sleeping in tents). Let’s begin an adventure that will take us to every nation on earth as we pray for other boys and girls! Hi! I am Sofia, and I am from Nicaragua. I’m getting ready to go on a prayer adventure around the world with my friends Mosi from Kenya and Som from Thailand!

... for countries all over the earth can make a difference in the lives of other boys and girls!

PRAY FOR OTHER NATIONS

At the right is a list of each day’s countries to pray for. Say the name of each country and then find it on the large world map on the other side using its number. Ask God to touch the hearts of boys and girls in these nations and ask Him to help supply their daily needs, such as shelter, food and water. Pray that everyone in today’s list of nations will have a chance to hear about Jesus. Some of these countries do not allow people to use their Bibles or go to church. Ask God to allow people in these nations freedom to go to church and worship Him. Ask God to protect Christian workers who are trying to tell others about Jesus in these countries.
