It has the proven power to shift the balance of power in the society, governance and economy. The common man gets empowered. The disadvantaged groups, the poor, the women and youth make their voice heard through ICT. With this vision and mission, Elets Technomedia and Centre for Science, Development and Media Studies organised the seventh ‘eINDIA 2011’, in Ahmedabad. The event was organised in association with Department of Health, Gov. of Gujarat, Department of Information Technology (DIT), Gujarat; Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, and Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
