9) All Reservations/Contracts are subject to the “Conditions of Hire” whether or not the reservation or confirmation documents are signed by the customer.

8) Any expenses, disbursements and legal costs incurred by Exhibition Hire Services LP / Displayworks LP in the enforcement of any rights contained in this contract shall be paid by the customer, including any reasonable Legal fees or debt collection agency fees.

7) If Payment by Amex – The Amex Fees of 3.12% of the total amount of order will be charged.

6) Bank Fees for overseas payments will be paid by Customer – Credit Card fees will apply if paying by Credit Card.

5) Cancellation Fee of 25% of the total hire will apply for orders cancelled within one week prior to delivery.

4) Freight and Administration Fees applied to all orders. An afterhours delivery fee may be charged if delivery is outside of normal working hours
