After the dance had taken its form and left the dust and trace of its characters, analysis began on unveiling the bath house’s footings. Through the extraction of chalk remnants, overlaying drawings of the parasite itself, pulling components of the dance floor and its construction, and rearranging props, the bathhouse took the form of a Olympic standard Public Pool Complex. Consisting of a Synchronised Swimming Pool, Diving Pool and walkway [seam] holding the two together. The scheme sits propped on the edge of Welfare Park, in the heart of the public realm. Wet & Dry entrances mimicking the clean & dirty entrances of the Mines Bathhouse; a series of volumes defining public & training wings [parascenium]; articulated roofs bringing in light, water and dynamic form; materials representing their function and placement.

[2] the Parascenium is stolen from the lecture theatre and resituated on the ground floor. It becomes part of a new stage, capturing the dance of Newtongrange through means of parasituation - the parascenium thus transmutates into parasite.
