The proposed building is the ground floor of the apartment which is located on the Innwa street. The transportation access is convenient and the surrounding is filled with vehicles and people.
Project Description
The pet’s studio is the place to improve the pet’s appearance by grooming. Basically the grooming process includes washing, drying, grooming and brushing their fur by professional pet groomers.

o Prefer simple & minimalist design with clean lines and monochromatic color scheme
o Have 6 dogs and 2 of them are Husky with brown and light blue eye color
o Intend to produce high quality home-made dog foods and snack in the future
Viewing the Issues
o Pets can get anxious and wants to jump off the table
o Big Fellas are heavy to pick up and carry into the bath tub
o Some pet likes to shake a lot after bath
Forming the solutions
o An open space design for owner to watch while their pet is being groomed
o Put stair/slope where the pets can climb up into the tub
o Providing Aprons for groomers in case the pet shake after bath
The word Studio means the professional workplace, therefore our main concept would be everything related to the professional work to take care of the pets. The main concept keywords are professional, functional, clean and pet-friendly. The interior space will reflect the feeling of why it’s worth having your pets groomed professionally.
