The album is the fourth Christmas album by the stars of Drag Race, following on from Christmas Queens (2015), Christmas Queens 2 (2016) and Christmas Queens 3 (2017) and is similar to previous outings in the series, produced by Producer Entertainment Group.

Season 5 winner, Jinkx Monsoon, gets things underway, with a very Jazzy version of Jingle Bell Rock. I love Jinkx’s voice, so it was a no-brainer that I’d enjoy this track. It’s wonderfully harmonious and joyous - a really good opener to have a good bop to. Very catchy and rhythmic.

Season 10’s Blair St. Clair follows, with an EDM version of Wham!’s Last Christmas. It’s a very fresh take and works very well - a perfect Christmas earworm.

Next up is Season 1 winner, Bebe Zahara Benet, singing Little Drummer Boy. The instrumentals are great on this track. Gorgeously fierce and animated, with a great beat.

Manila Luzon’s version of Andy Williams’ It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year follows. It’s brilliantly whimsical and melodious -very beautifully sung.

Season 5 finalist, and All Stars 2 winner, Alaska’s version of Eartha Kitt’s Santa Baby ends the first half of the album. Utterly theatrical and campy - a great listen.

The second half of the album begins with a trio of Season 10 finalists.

First up is Eureka’s version of Elmo & Patsy’s Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer, which is great to bop to - very fast-paced and full of rhythm.

Kameron Michaels is next, with her version of Dean Martin’s Let It Snow. It’s a faster version of Let It Snow, and Kameron’s vocal sounds great on it. It’s very catchy and endlessly listenable. Excellent.

Asia O’Hara is next with ‘Cause I’m Rich. I love the theatrical, Jazzy vibe to this track. There is a brilliant 1920s feel to it. A gorgeous listen.

Next up is Season 2 finalist, Jujubee, singing Santa Claus Is Coming to Town. This track has a very effortless feel and flows along very well. Jujubee has a great tone to her voice.

Sharon Needles sings Brothers in Our World next. It’s a gothic, country ballad, and works very well - a little haunting and very picturesque.

Closing the album is Season 7 finalist, Ginger Minj, singing Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas. It is a perfect closing track, sung beautifully with great passion.

A brilliant album to make you feel all festive for the upcoming Christmas season!
