Laneige is a South Korean cosmetics brand launched by Amore Pacific in 1994. Its name comes from the French "la neige", which translates to "the snow." Laneige is noted by its parent company as one of their first brands to be launched and find popularity outside Korea. Laneige discovered the amazing power of moisture that multiplies the effects of hydrating, brightening and antiaging and has developed Water Science™, the core technology of Laneige, by converting water, the source of life, into explosive moisture energy.

Design Concept

The brand's previous central concept is based on its Advanced Water Science technology, an emphasis on skin hydration. The design direction should be focusing on rebranding it as a luxury and elegant brand. The main concept of the branding is to represent the products with moistures and watery images.
