Fonts are everywhere! And that doesn’t exclude music.. Design and aesthetics is something that everyone relates in a way or another. Here i will be showing some of the impact it has had on me.

jork
Bjork is an icelandic musician that has been in the industry for over 3 decades. She has the ability to create her own music and also her own art. This is a tour throughout her career as an artist but with special focus on her typography, which she has created from scratch.
B
jork has achieved different styles with every album she has written. Bringing new concept, music and art. Every imagery she does is different in every new album, and this also affects her typography, which is new and created especially for every new release.

medulla abcdefghi j klmnopqrstuvwxyz Bjรถrk's fifth post-Sugarcubes solo studio album is constructed almost entirely from vocals, including multitracked voices (courtesy Bjรถrk herself, Mike Patton, and singer/songwriter Robert Wyatt), plenty of beatboxing (from Rahzel and Dokaka), and various other mouth-sounds. It's an outrageous conceit from Iceland's most notorious experimental export, and a huge risk for her career after the relatively conventional, diehardpleasing Vespertine.

For me, every album has a special athmosphere that transports you to another space in time. But with this one, it was different because I knew more emotionally what I wanted. And because I'd done two or three projects in a row that were quite serious, maybe I just needed to get that out of my system or something. So all I wanted to do for this album was just to have fun and do something that was full-bodied and really up. -
