The well-known trademark that united ‘the fresh food people’ for 21 years from 1987 until 2008, created by Dupree Design Group, was replaced with a new marque designed by Hans Hulsbosch of Hulsbosch Communications and includes a green icon incorporating a stylised ‘W’ for Woolworths. It is reminiscent of one of the Woolworths logos seen in the 1970s and represents a person, as in ‘the fresh food people’ slogan.


Where it all began In April 2014, Coles celebrated its 100th birthday - that's a whole century dedicated to giving Aussie families the products they need for a happy, healthy home life, at prices they can afford.Founder GJ Coles created a store that would lower the costs of living for Australian families. QLD Beer Week (established in 2012) provides education, brings awareness to craft beer, while connecting QLD brewers, bars & bottle shops to help promote good beer across QLD. Not only do we inform people in our communities of the wonderful contribution brewers are having across the state but this year also sees many larger festivals/events, in areas like the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba, capturing the true essence
