NEW GENERATION FAIR! Dear Sir or Madam, In a year marked by the epidemic of the new Coronavirus, we realized once again how important self-sufficiency and the supply of safe, healthy, and nature-friendly food are for health and well-being. At the International Agricultural and Food Fair in Gornja Radgona, we have been focusing precisely on topics related to sustainable development, modern sustainable agriculture, as well as care for the environment and healthy nutrition for almost six decades. We invite you to the most important gathering in this part of Europe of providers of agricultural machinery and equipment, products for the food industry, food and wine, growers, processors, businessmen, experts and consumers, the 59th International Agricultural and Food Fair AGRA in Gornja Radgona from 21st to 26th August 2021. We are convinced that the AGRA fair in 2021 will be even better and that it will present itself in all its grandeur and effectively bring us together in concrete answers to current questions about the present and the future. In the International Year of Fruit and Vegetables, along with the title theme there will be professional and business focus on innovation and digitalisation, organic farming, food from our vicinity, food security, strengthening rural areas as well as on forest and wood, which are our important wealth. Future policies for agriculture will be sought in the care of the environment, the conservation of clean water resources and biodiversity, and measures to prevent climate change The AGRA fair will effectively connect over 1,850 exhibitors from more than 30 countries on an area of more than 71,000 m2 of exhibition and presentation areas. It will present new technologies for production and processing to an expected 120,000 visitors in exhibition spaces, demonstration areas and forum halls. We look forward to the cooperation of the new generation. Experience, conditions and the data so far show that it will be extremely successful. Yours faithfully,
Janez Erjavec, President of the Management Board
