Getting the initial inspiration from a Korean alphabet “ ㅈ ”, the three diagonal intersecting planes are used to create a cantilever. The simple but practical shape, combined with the joinery, gave the opportunity to come up with a stable form.

The portable table can be easily disassembled for travel. By making one plane penetrate through another, it created spaces that could be used as a bookshelf, and a phone bracket.
