a Real-time email translation by a human
This concerns the translation of customers' email: Our client sends an email to a recipient who speaks a different language, we translate the message into that language and then forward the translated message to those recipients
b. Cultural Mediator Service
This is an intercultural communication service aimed at multinational companies During projects for the localization of websites or other products, a Mediator intervenes between the groups of two different countries to solve problems, advise on linguistic or cultural issues, translate communications or interpret in teleconferences, curate the website before it goes public as to its linguistic or morphological elements, and manage projects To date, companies such as Peugeot, SEB, Benefit Cosmetics, Klorane, Citroen, Hermes Euler, have used this service in many long term projects

4. Cooperation with universities and professional organisations
We are an Associated Partner & a member of the Management Board at EMTTI (European Masters inTechnology for Translation and Interpreting).
We are the only language service provider (LSP) that is a member of the Association of Greek Manufacturers of War Material (SEKPY) We have a special department for defence and military translations.
We participate in Erasmus+ research and training programmes, such as Alliances for Innovation.
We teach quality control techniques in the translation and management of translation projects at the Department of Foreign Languages,Translation and Interpretation of the Ionian University.
