MODERN TWO-ROOM APARTMENT I N F ORM A T I ON
Project design was prepared for a young couple. Main tasks were: quality,practicality and creation of a pleasant space for living. Living and dining room - is the biggest and brightest one and is made with a combination of cream and brown colors. Furniture is in wenge and beige colors. Bedroom is compositionally supplemented by shelves and placed on the low podium, that’s creates an atmosphere of coziness and privacy . Bedroom is also in warm colors, which gives a sense of calmness and protection

PRIVATE VILLA IN BILGAH I N F ORM A T I ON
Villa is located in a small elite area that consists of 10 houses on the hillside in 20 minutes by foot from the city center. This villa offers a great sea view from all bedrooms and the main hall. Building’s total area is 1189 m2 which includes 9 bedrooms, 5 toilets,large hall, working room,a library, cinema, swimming pool, loggia and etc. By customers request, it was decided to create a winter garden in a building that helped to improve the microenvironment and atmosphere. For facade finishing was choosed a widespread and popular in current zone material named Aglay that has special physical properties.

ADMINISTRATIVE CENTER I N F ORM A T I ON
Administrative building project. Project was intended for state authorities situated in Baku. The main goal was to create a comfortable environment and conditions for people who stay and work in the building. During the Planning process was considered following aspects: Parking place,GYM with Showers,conference Hall,exhibition hall and etc. Buildings external view has to be in classical style with elements of modern and landscaped surrounding area.The total building area was 1800 M²

A COLORFUL TWO-ROOM APARTMENT I N F ORM A T I ON
Project design was prepared for a married couple with a child. Main goal was to create a comfortable, practical and interesting space.

It was decided to merge the kitchen and the dining room. By a customer request were choosed warm colors. One of the goals was compact disposition of the furniture, because of a small living room space. Children’s room was filled in 3 colors: pink, green and purple, which are typical for a pleasant perception by children.

KHAZAR ISLAND I N F ORM A T I ON
The Khazar Islands, also known as Caspian Islands, are artificial islands 25 km (16 mi) south of Baku,Azerbaijan consisting of 41 islands extending 3,000 hectares (about 11.6 sq mi) over the Caspian Sea. Along the Caspian Sea near Baku, Azerbaijan, crews have begun work on a $100 billion city of artificial islands dubbed the Khazar Islands. The massive, 3,000 hectare project is the first of its kind in the region, and will consist of over 40 man-made islands connected with suspension bridges (66 of them), pedestrian walkways, and innovative infrastructure. The floating metropolis will be home to more than one million people upon its projected completion in 2025, though many residents will be able to move in as soon as next year.
