CAN AMERICANS LEGALLY TRAVEL TO CUBA?

The short answer is ABSOLUTELY YES!

Our Classic Cuba & Eastern Cuba tours fall under OFAC compliancy guidelines. Both are full-time programs with many inclusions and little to no free time on most days of the program. With this consideration, all of our Cuban tours fall within 1 of the 12 categories that qualify for a general authorization to travel to Cuba by the US Government. Some airlines will request you to complete a self declaration or traveler certification form prior to boarding your flight to Havana. Please choose the “Support for the Cuban People” option on your OFAC declaration form.
