Menu For dinner buffets Chef Ileana will be present on site to set up , serve and do the clean up throughout the event ; chef carved roasts , flambees ala-carte ..., Chef will insure a memorable and special event .

All our plated dinners will be organized with the menus of choice with as many entrees as wished for and will include choices of soup or salad , dinner rolls & butter , dressings and condiments ...the possibilities are endless.
