Metal industries to witness the country’s largest metal trade fairs this November

20 countries will be participating at the 3-day trade fair organized by Messe Düsseldorf India; Over 15,000 visitors are expected to attend the show.

Mumbai, November 2022: The metal trade fair quartet – wire India, Tube India, METEC India and India Essen Welding & Cutting will open doors from 23-25 November 2022 at Bombay Convention Center. Indian metal industries have been eagerly looking forward to this international exhibition and conference that returns to the country after 4 years. With the revival of Indian economy this year, momentum of growth of the Indian infrastructure translates into a promising outlook for the metal industries. This is reflected in the great response received from the industry for the Indian Metal Fairs. The trade fair quartet is set to host an integrated communication and trade platform for over 15,000 visitors to network and conduct business this time.

Supported by the Government’s Make in India initiative, the three-day show sees increasing participation from leading Indian manufacturers of wire processing, tube, cable, pipe as well as metallurgical products, joining, cutting and welding trade this year.

The International market has once again embraced this show wherein companies from 20 countries will be exhibiting their innovations. The countries include Austria, Canada, China, Finland, France, Germany, India, Italy, Luxembourg, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA, and Vietnam. A total of 400 Indian and International exhibitors will be presenting their most cutting-edge products and technologies to the global audience. The visitors will also get the opportunity to stay updated with the global trends at the 3 country pavilions setup by Germany, Italy and Switzerland.

Broad-spectrum exhibition with 500+ products on display

Part of the global Metalflow Alliance (a portfolio that unites the leading trade fairs for the industry of metal and flow technologies), the four trade fairs will feature an array of products such as wire manufacturing technology, wire processing machines, wire products, fasteners, spring making technology, tube & pipe manufactures, metallurgical technologies, process & products, joining, cutting and surfacing technology. Additionally, exhibitors will also conduct live demos to create an engaging experience for the visitors. The well-segmented exhibition, spread across an area of 23,000 square meters, will welcome visitors from various industries like automotive component manufacturers, electricals, construction, oil & gas processing, plant machinery, equipment manufacturing, aerospace supply, chemicals, aviation, defense equipment to name some.

Multi-faceted Experience: Technical Conferences, Welder’s Competition

In its 8th edition, wire India will bring together a showcase of wire making and wire processing machines, fasteners & spring making technology and more. wire India will also be hosting a technical conference on Day 1 of the show, co-organized by Colour Publications. This conference will talk about ‘Polymers in Cables & Wires’. Delegates can look forward to gaining insights about the upcoming polymer & additive trends.

Tube India will also host a conference in association with International Tube Association. Having been the go-toplatform for the tube & pipe industries for years, Tube India enters its 9th edition this time.

Delegates will get the chance to hear from industry veterans at the METEC India conference on accelerating the steel production. Co-organized by Steel & Metallurgy, the discussion will venture into ‘Vision 2047 - Mission 500 MT Steel Production – The Journey Ahead’. The 9th edition of India Essen Welding & Cutting also has an interesting Welder’s Competition in store. Association of Welding Products Manufacturers (AWPM) will be conducting this competition over the 3 days of the show.
