2 substations in 6 months Banie Wind Farm is the biggest investment of this kind in Poland. The scope of works executed by Electrum encompassed i.a. comprehensive executive designs and the „turnkey” construction of Banie Wind Farm power stations: 220/110 kV Nowe Czarnowo and 110/33 kV Kozielice, as well as design and construction of the Poland’s longest 220 kV cable line with the length of 1500 m, connecting Nowe Czarnowo with the Krajnik station owned by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. The total scope of Electrum works, from the commencement of design works up to the connection of both stations, was performed in the record time of 6 months with simultaneous and constant support for investor in arrangements with the operator. 14

Modernization of operating facility Thorough modernization of one of the oldest and largest 220/110 kV stations in Tauron Dystrybucja S.A., executed on constantly operating facility. The scope of works executed by Electrum as a General Contractor included i.a. removal of existing overhead 110 kV switchgear, construction of 3-floor 110 kV switchgear building along with the installation of new 110 kV GIS switchgear with 17 functional units, construction of T-3 and T-4 110/20 kV transformer stands with containments adjusted for 40 MVA units installation, as well as execution of comprehensive infrastructure in the area of the station. 18

RES of highest voltage Korytnica Wind Farm is a rare in Poland and Europe example of wind farm connected to the highest level of voltage. Works executed by Electrum within only 8 months included comprehensive executive documentation and the „turnkey” construction of 110/30 kV Pniewnik substation and 400/110 kV Wólka substation for the purposes of this wind farm. The works also included the construction of 110 kV overhead and cable line, fibre optic line and 400 kV cable line connecting 400/110 kV Wólka station owned by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. with 400 kV Stanisławów station together with the necessary infrastructure in the operator’s station area. 22

Advanced trigeneration system In terms of number of installations and their complexity, modernization of Rudna Mine is one of the greatest projects yet executed by Electrum. The works included construction and executive design of transformer and switchgear 110/10 kV station, extension of existing 110 kV switchgear, executive designs and construction of automatic cold production, electric power and teletechnical installations for the purposes of Surface Air-Conditioning Station and Power Generators Station operating in advanced trigeneration system. Electrum also executed HVAC automatic system. 26

Krywiatycze / Topczykały Wind Farm 28

BoP on the region’s largest wind farm Topczykały and Krywiatycze Wind Farms are the comprehensive execution of the wind project, including electric power and construction. For the purposes of Krywiatycze Wind Farm, Electrum constructed subscriber’s 30/110 kV station and cable lines connected to nine turbines as well as access roads, assembly yards, and foundations. Topczykały Wind Farm works included construction of access roads, assembly yards, and foundations for another five turbines, and medium-voltage line connecting them with the station constructed by Electrum on the previous stage of the project. 30

Safe laboratory First foreign construction in Electrum’s experience. Because of the specific character of the building, which encompasses laboratory and production line for pharmaceuticals, internal installations executed by Electrum, as well as HVAC and BMS systems included several specific systems which guarantee to keep necessary ecological parameters. In the scope of Electrum’s works there were i.a. low-voltage unit switchgears, 400 kVA electric power generator, control system of „clean” rooms lock and access control as well as ventilation system control. 34
